This buffalo is… weird. They never buy anything but tell me i have great stuff. Everything they have seems way too expensive and not worth it and the staff is not friendly at all.

Compared to all the other buffalo’s I’ve been to, this one is lacking… in clothing selection and customer service. Usually the folks working at buffalo are extra nice and friendly! sometimes overly nice! Not so at this buffalo; Claire, the manager, was not helpful, especially when we were waiting to make our purchases. She neglected to notice we were standing at the cash register for about 10 minutes, ready to buy. Finally, after she offered to help someone else ahead of us, she noticed we were waiting and said«the register is over here. We only have one open». I won’t be selling or buying at this location again.

This place was sweet! First time to a place like this, treated very well and walked out with a 8⁄10 pair of Toms for only 15 $ can’t beat that. Look forward to going back and going to the other buffalo exchanges.

I love Buffalo Exchange in general, I’ve found so many great things at a few different locations over the years. This location while difficult to park at of course is great. I love the space itself. It’s so bright and airy during the day. It’s smaller than the one on Speedway so they have less of a selection. However the stuff they do have is generally pretty great. It seems like they have a ton of women’s shoes.

Yesterday i was on my way to the Rialto and decided to stop in at Buffalo Downtown. Been there a few times before, most of the time I am downtown it is closed. It is not the most convenient store unless you are already downtown(The Speedway store much easier). Yesterday I scored on a cashmere sweater and shoes, the staff as usual was helpful and answered any questions I had. The thing I like about the store it is quiet and I am able to eye everything very quickly, which is the most important part of my shopping. I was able to get what I wanted and go take care of my other business. It would be a complete pain to sell clothes there dealing with parking and such, but I really like my sweater and I am glad they are there. We need more downtown stores so it is important to support it.

Well, it’s newer. so the selection is limited. I will give this one time and check back later. The building is great, and it’s in 2 rooms. The selection is probably better for women. But the men’s selection was not good. Or maybe the selection for my size(umm, XL and shrinking. once I’m a large, the selection looked better). I have way better luck at the Speedway store. There just wasn’t much here to chose from period, however. I also went shortly after it opened. So I’ll pop in again and see what’s there. Buffalo is cool because they do trades and all that. Not sure where you would park. I take the bus when I go downtown. I guess you just park in the usual places, but it’s not as easy as dropping in at the Speedway store.

I really really really want to like this place! Everyone likes B. E, right??? Well, sadly I disagree. I can go to Macy’s and get brand new clothes for cheaper than what I can find at B.E. Yes it’s trendy. Yes it’s recycled. Yes it’s green. But honestly, I don’t care!!! I’m not paying $ 25 for a 2nd hand tank top! Ain’t doin’ it! This location is somewhat better than the others. You can get some pretty cool knick-knack type objects including recycled elephant poo paper and mustache band-aids! Who doesn’t need that?! Thank you for the attempt B.E., but for 2nd hand, I’ll be sticking to Plato’s Closet
