This Big Lots has been at here for many years. Not much has changed over its tenure, but that’s neither a good nor bad thing. The customer service is just about what you’d expect, the prices are cheap, and the selection is decent. This is a place for those wanted to save even more but don’t expect something of high quality. Nothing to rave home about this Big Lots, but nothing bad to say about it either. Three stars.

This store was impressed because it was organized and cleaned than the one I went to at West Ina Avenue. The cashier had great attitude and friendly. I would consider to come back and shop this store.

When I met my husband he loved going to big lots. I hated it because it was so unorganized. This one is very organized. I had gotten caught in the rain on a bus day. No umbrella or poncho. I had some important documents with me too. The customer service desk clerk and all cashiers were busy when I went in so I could ask; WHERE ARE THE RAIN PNCHOS? I needed to get across this huge parking lot to the bus stop quickly. It makes since rain ponchos would be near the clothing. And there they were. I think in the store we use to go to they keep rain ponchos in the automotive or hardware section.

This place is a jewel for those addicted to bargains. They have a really great selections of household necessities, linens, toys, furniture, and a great selection of domestic/​imported food. They have really great deals, and I feel that out of all the Big Lots in town, the service here is probably the best. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The downside is that at some times when large shipments come in, the store can be cluttered somewhat, and a little disorganized. Other than that, this place is great. Don’t spend too much time in there or you’ll buy everything in the store.
