Horrible experience! Bought a charger and had to return it because it didn’t work. I was deducted 20% because of a ‘restocking fee’ since the package was opened. When I asked why no other store does this, the salesman said well I don’t even have to give you any money back. I said I wouldn’t be returning and he acted like he didn’t care

Batteries are expensive here… but I walked in got what I wanted. they even put the batteries into all my remote controls… Service was A+, just couldn’t get over the high prices!

So, my buddies battery was non-​functional – no crank left in the tank. So, he called for me to come rescue him. I asked if I could pick up the battery on the way there and then take the old one back to get an adjustment. They said no, if you bought the battery and then brought the other back they would make no adjustment. Sorry guys – that’s bad business.
