I had a great experience at Arizona Picture & Frame Gallery. I had a very special lithograph that I wanted framed. When I drove by just before the holidays, I saw that they were having a sale, and I took a chance.
The representative was knowledgeable, efficient, and really listened to what I wanted in the framing. It was a pleasure working with her. The sale made it possible for me to get my treasured lithograph up on the wall – finally!
I’ll definitely go back again!

I don’t think of myself as a person with framing needs, but I’ve frequented this business 3 times in the last 2 years so I guess I do have framing needs. To be honest, I just chose the place closest to my house, but this turns out to be a very nice shop. the staff are very friendly and helpful. Framing in general is pretty expensive and sometimes I feel like I should probably learn how to do it myself, but I don’t think their prices are out of line with what the materials and services cost.
In addition, it’s a lovely little shop full of interesting art and other knickknacks for purchase. Every time I come in I want to buy these life size ceramic fu dogs, but I can’t afford them, and also I live right on Columbus and if I put them on my porch some meth head would probably steal my fu dogs anyway. One day I will be able to have nice things.
There is a life-​sized and very realistic mannequin of an older lady trying to get something framed, which they keep at the end of the counter and dress seasonally. Don’t be fooled by this lady. The first time I went in one of the staff was standing at the counter across from her, and I thought they were helping her, so I wandered around the store for 15 minutes. Every time I checked, that old lady was still standing there. Finally, I went up beside her and saw, to my astonishment, that she was plastic, and not likely to need any framing.
I have since gotten new glasses.

I have worked across the street from this place for almost a year and never thought I would need their help but about 6 months ago my fiancé and I had engagement photos taken and beautiful printed that we paid a lot of money for.
Now those prints were just sitting in our office waiting for a frame to magically appear.
So after seeing a sign out front for frame sale I decided to check them out and see how expensive it would be to put my expensive photos up on the wall.
Well much to my surprise it wasn’t that bad! The sales girls helped me pick out the frames, mats and try out different styles until I found what worked best and she hooked me up with an awesome price too. When I said that I would be having family and friends over to my house in 4 days she said she would make sure my frames were done in time even though it normally takes a week.
And she came through! She called me the next day to say my order was ready to pick up. I am sooooo happy with my frames, they look so expensive and fancy on my loving room wall! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
