We liked everything about this place. We had dinner with a friend who can’t eat gluten, and we started with the bruschetta, made for us on gluten-free bread. Excellent. The fig, brie, arugula, apple and walnut, as well as the cheddar, pear, caramelized onion and pecan bruschetta were both so good we could have put in a couple more orders and called it dinner. But I’m glad we didn’t. Salmon with curried veggies, the chicken in wine and the pork chop all made us very happy. Service was friendly and attentive. Prices are very fair for the great value. Go. This place deserves to thrive.

Found this place nearby and decided to check it out. What a cute place! We stopped by around 6 on a Saturday night and had no problem getting in for two people. We wanted to sit outside since the weather was nice and they had a beautiful lounge style setup with couches, fire pit, lights and curtains. All to ourselves! The menu, man. It was one of those menus where you’re trying to decide between ten different items. Lots of vegetarian and seafood options for moi! Ended up ordering shrimp skewers and a cup of tomato basil soup. Both were great, the soup was dairy free and tasted like roasted marinara sauce. If I was in the area more often, I’d come back and try some of their salads and appetizers. The desserts sounded good but the one we were interested in was out. Nice shopping center, especially at night with the lights.

This place was great! My husband and I enjoyed a quiet fireside dinner with great service. We started with the feta stuffed phyllo which is highly recommended. It is drizzled with honey and sesame seeds and I wished we had a double order. We then had the classic bruschetta. All of the bruschetta options sounded amazing. I must say its the best bruschetta we’ve ever eaten. It was so fresh and perfectly complete. I had the catch of the day which was the salmon and it was very tasty. I enjoyed the side smashed potatoes. The portion sizes were absolutely perfect. My husband had the pork chop which was good but nothing to write home about. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back again to try more entrée items and will stay true to the bruschetta classic. Also we had a lot of food and beverages and our bill was under $ 100 which is very nice.

A new favorite !! My husband and I came here for drinks and a small bite. The bartender was very knowledgeable on the drinks and offered great recommendations. I ordered the Corpse Reviver #2, it was a very clean flavored drink, It was so good I ordered another ! my husband got the sazarac and he liked the fact that you could taste the cognac without any harsh«bite». we wanted a little bite to eat so we ordered the Honey Goat Bruschetta. It was the most tastiest bruschetta I have ever tasted.

Really enjoyed this place and the food! The décor was really nice and the food was delicious. Ordered the chicken sandwich and that was very tasty. Love the croquettes! I also ordered the pork chop another night for dinner. Both dishes had tender and juicy meats with delicious potato sides. When I’m back in Tucson, I would definitely come back here.

I really enjoyed my experience here. The décor is left over from the previous restaurant. It’s oh-so Restoration Hardware. It is soothing, plush, relaxing and sophisticated. The booths have elevated views to the outdoor square. We were pleased the raucous entertainment in the square was not heard from inside the restaurant. The best thing about this place is the freshness of ingredients and some unusual dishes. I was intrigued by the farmer’s market salad since everything in it was from the day’s market right there in the square. And the taste was so fresh. And I had to try the beet pasta because it sounded oddly alluring. Well, I just Ama-loved it. Our server had a pleasant demeanor. She let us know that the desserts were also made in-house(something not all restaurants do) and also along the way had let us know where the ingredients were locally obtained. I really enjoyed this aspect of the dining experience. Since the pasta wasn’t too filling, I opted to follow with a filling dessert, and chose a hearty bread pudding. It was hands down the best rendition of a bread pudding I’ve ever tasted. The gelato, not in-house, was from a gelateria in Phoenix, and was über flavorful. The pudding sat in a trough of cream, which added to the unique decadence of the dish. It was so incredible as I’m writing this I think I need to go back for dessert! I did not try cocktails but they sure looked beautiful as they were passing to other tables. We were greeted by the manager at the end of our meal and I appreciated the follow up to our meal this way. Ambiance, freshness and uniqueness of dishes and ingredients and homemade desserts will carry this restaurant far and I hope it sticks around. Ama-diggin’ this place.

Happily surprised to arrive within happy hour and had an awesome and fresh mojito. Enjoyed the grilled cheese and croquettes quite a bit. Had awesome service and the ambiance is lovely. Got to sit on the patio as the sun was setting which was beautiful. Loved everything about this place!

My wife and I had dinner at Amalour on Nov. 1, 2015. It was the first dinner we have had there; however, we have had brunch there on Sundays 3 – 4 times and they were always«excellent.» For dinner on Nov.1st, we started off with the Prosciutto-wrapped asparagus(al dente) and it was truly wonderful and flavorful. My wife had the Butternut & Gnocchi which she raved about. I had the creamy potato and mushroom soup which was hearty and delicious. Next I had the Catch of the Day(Mahi-Mahi) in a subtle coconut sauce – truly delicious. We didn’t have room for desert. However, I did have my regular margarita; theirs are right on and hand made – no mixes! We highly recommend this restaurant. I’d give it a 4+.

Went here last night for a night cap with a group of people and it was great! We had dinner at Reforma next door and were intrigued by the cozy couches and the outdoor fireplace. We were pretty much the only group there so the service was great and the drinks were tasty. The inside looks beautiful and I will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I have been here a few times now and we love it! The food has been great! Service is very friendly and the patio is amazing! The creamy artichoke dip is incredible, I had the pear and Parmesan salad along with the chicken skewers and loved it. My husband had the French style pork chop and also, loved it! The first time we came here we had the margarita and it was very good. The Moscow mule and the Dark and Stormy were also quite delicious!

I am a huge fan. First, I love the décor, it is exactly my style with interior chandeliers and gray tufted seating, very romantic feeling. The outdoor patio is the best in Tucson, very quaint and comfortable. I love the outdoor couches near the fire pit and the large shade trees with cute hanging lighting. When the weather is nice, they also open the windows to the interior bar to add seating outside. I have been here for an event, which they have a nice side area to accommodate such groups. They also have a great drink/beer list. Another standout is the food. I love the brushetta options as its the closest thing to Postino’s. I am obsessed with the beet burger… yummy. You can make reservations on opentable, but its never overly busy, so that is not required. They have one menu for lunch and dinner, but it would be great if they also offered a brunch menu or daily specials to the mix to change it up a bit.

The food at amalour is amazing. The chicken and wine on the dinner menu is arguably the best meal you can get in Tucson, and I love the salads because they are incredibly fresh. My favorite is the family kale, which you can order in a half or whole size. The patio is lovely both day and night. At lunch, I love the grilled cheese — order it with any half salad, or tomato soup. It’s so good! Lunch takes a little longer than expected but I think the food was so good it was worth the wait.

The service and product have both really gone down hill recently. We were the only table when initial seated. Four tables total. Drinks from the bar took forever and blamed it on being slammed, we could see the bar. The coffees were cold and sat in the back for a while. The food was very bland and either over cooked or sat on the warming tray long enough to form skin. Once they realized we were unhappy they stopped trying and left us to the way side. Will not last long at this pace.

Patio dining at its best, tastiest grass fed beef, wild salmon, and the kale salad combinations variety always new and something to look forward to. Several times dined to great bands and dancing was out of the world. Appetizers treat on there own. Must dine.

Been twice. Lunch 1.5 stars Dinner 4 stars. Lunch: Went with my husband for lunch. Was seated in the sun room… there were a number of flies that also wanted to share lunch. Lunch took quite a while… and was lacking much-ness. Lunch: 1.5 stars Husband’s burger… asked for Medium was way way overcooked… but meat was good quality so they had that going for them. The Pear and Parmigiana salad was terrible. The pear tasted like jicima, the dressing was too sour for something that was supposed to have sweet notes, the color was all wrong. This was one of the server’s ‘favorites’. ew. The Jerk pulled pork sandwhich tasted nothing like Jerk… it tasted like blah. My side salad was wilty, small and had the wrong dressing… not able to be fixed because the server was… somewhere. Waitress was not very attentive… Brought a few topics up to the concerned manager… he blamed the kitchen. Almost like, oh yeah, the kitchen just sends out whatever and we have to deal with it. Wha? For a place that espouses such a focus on food… they are really missing it. Dinner: Had dinner there a few weeks back. food was decent with good flavors and was more like 4 stars. Hense… the 3 star rating. Comedy gold is the menus definition of what Revival Lounge means and what a synonym is.

Wife had her baby shower here and it could not have gone better. Service was on point and food was excellent for 20 people… Check out the new made to order specialty cocktail menu, some pretty amazing drinks! Once again their grass fed angus burger was one of the best I’ve had in awhile and house salad, all for $ 12. Tough to beat… this place is going to be a new«go to» for us!

I had my baby shower here today, and it was fantastic! The service was spot on, and the food was delicious! Everyone kept saying that there were too many good options! We were in a private space and never felt intruded upon. They were even gracious enough to help with the clean up! I will definitely return for the food, but everyone should consider them for your private events!

Love the ambience here– they have a cozy outdoor patio that’s great for drinks or dinner, and a chic interior. Great selection of classic cocktails– my corpse revival was very strong. There’s a lot of intriguing items on the menu– we had some trouble deciding. We ordered the Black & Brie Bruschetta which was delicious with baked brie on toast, with a fig jam, topped with arugula. The Pear & Parmesan salad was fresh and flavorful. The burger was okay/mediocre, and came with sweet potato fries. Great addition to St Phillips Plaza Happy Hour from 3−6pm with pretty good variety of drinks and food items.

Ok, this place is the BEST. We got a coupon for this restaurant a few weeks ago, and since then, my husband and I have been there two more times. The music and environment are fantastic, and the food is fresh. The staff is friendly, but also isn’t overbearing or in your face throughout the whole meal. This is one of our new favorite places, and I can’t say that any other place like it exists in Tucson. It’s a Tucson oasis gem. :)
