Kate was a fantastically empathetic and sensitive caregiver to my dog with a partially torn ACL, while she casted her leg for a mold for a custom brace to support her knee.
The in-​home service was great, as my dog is a nervous-​nellie and likes being in her familiar surroundings. Kate answered a million questions and was kind and confidence inspiring.
While the brace was not inexpensive, it was perfect and has given my wounded whippet the confidence to go for a long walk or gentle play with the other dogs.
