If you wear ladies’ sizes 4 to 6, then please don’t shop here — leave it all for me! :D For clothes, this has been my «secret» for 10 years. Thank you to all the Tucson gals donating high quality clothing! I LOVE the golden oldies in-store music, and some of the staff are super friendly. There is an ogre of a manager who openly berates staff. She sucks, and is super unprofessional, so perhaps she won’t last. The floors are always clean, as are the restrooms, so I dont’ agree with an earlier reviewer about cleanliness. It is a bright, tidy, well-organized shop. Clothing donations are washed in their laundry facility across the street. Parking is tight, but there is additional parking out back. Check for the 50% off coupon. The Tucson Police Foundation partners with this charity shop.

Let’s start with the pros. The prices are reasonable and you can get the 50% off any day you go there. It’s cleaner than a lot of places and organized in a manner that makes sense. I like looking for gems and I go here to just look around and buy electronics. Now the cons and drives the 3 star deduction-the staff… the staff act like we are in there home looking around at their personal belongings. Just like if someone came to your house and looked through your closet without asking; you would be annoyed right? Well that’s the staff at this location. It’s the same guys and gals. I wish they could be more cheerful since we see them 6 or 7 times a month seems like you would have more rapport with the people.

The selection is usually quite good, I don’t like the generic if it’s black then it’s with other black items way of stocking but assume it’s quicker this way but it is more labor-intensive on the customer to look for sizing information. The coupon rocks but they need to do something about the obvious re-sellers who come in on ½ off day and just throw everything in their carts. The staff can be a little hit and miss, there are some 20’ish folks on staff who are obviously just there for the paycheck and customer service and attention to detail fall by the wayside.

I have been going to this store for YEARS. And only for the selection and the prices. The staff is horribly rude and has zero grasp on customer service. These women know me, and my children. They are still rude, nasty, and condescending. My kids aren’t the ones running around the store like you see all the time there, I might add. The selection is amazing and the 50% off coupon makes things very cheap. I have been frequenting the new Goodwill on Houghton since it was built since the customer service is ten times better.

«Bee», The staff manager was very unpleasant and demeaning to the staff’s generosity towards the use of a digital coupon on which that has always been honored for both myself and my mother’s separate transactions. I mentioned for years everyone has honored its use in that manner. Her response was to ask for names so she could give them a write up. My shopping experience was a waste of time and left the store empty handed.

I buy a majority of my 2nd hand clothes(which are most my clothes!) here… You can just pull up their website on your smart phone and show them the 50% off coupon. Can’t beat the prices! They have better quality clothes than most other thrift stores(they actually acquire clothes from other places, not just through donations). Have bought lots of baby clothes here too! Friendly staff, convenient hours. Love it.

Clothing was arranged by color not size which was very annoying. Who wants to look through stuff that isnt your size? Prices werent very good for a thrift store. Lots of better choices out there. Big store but not really much going on there.

I barely give out one star but this place did not grabbed my thrifting addiction. It’s not very clean, not well lit and the place smelled of old/moldy clothes. It is also a little overpriced for used clothing and other items they sell here.

As a thrift store junkie this is one of my favorites for clothes. Both my wife and I have picked up very nice items at a great price. As a 6’3″ man clothes at thrift stores are hard to come by. When you find them they are often ugly or worn to pieces. Not so at this store. I have 3 pairs of jeans, shirts and shorts i have found here. All in amazing condition and usually less than 5 $ each. With their 50% coupon you can find on their website and in store discounts it makes this place a favorite for clothes. The only reason it is not 5 stars is their junk/stuff section is quite lacking. Which is one of my favorite places in any thrift store.

Not a bad thrift store for women and kids but they are seriously lacking in the dude department. Usually I can find some pretty cool clothes for the kids and not have to spend very much money at all. There are sales everyday on different color tags in the store which is cool. Definatly check out the super shopper for a 50% off coupon(not cuepon like my wife always says) because you can get even more knocked off of your overall price.

I have been in here and it is huge, but rarely do I find what I am looking for, at least it is usually clean and staff are nice.

Best thrift store on the east side, hands down. Prices are high without the 50% off coupon, but if you’ve got one, you’re set. They seem to get way higher quality stuff than the nearby Goodwill. I’m a fan!

I love this place and the clothes are great. The only problem is the staff is the rudest people I have ever encountered!!! Old ladies being rude should be their motto!

Love the 50% off coupon plus additional 50% off, but it does seem as though the items have been originally priced to compensate for when they’re 50% discounted. Still, way cheap than buying new. Focuses on a nice selection of clothes, not much as far as furniture, appliances, and other things.

A 50% off coupon runs every week on the inside cover of the Super Shopper that is mailed to your door(asssuming you live in Tucson). Every once in a while the coupon gets scaled down to 40% off. Donations benefit the Tucson Police Foundation. My teenage daughter and I like to hit this place on Sunday afternoons after we put The Husband down for a nap. We find normal things here(like shirts to wear to work), but also odd things – like a string of lights covered in Madonna and Child icon plastic sheaths, a tshirt that says«Ayudame, estoy en fuego!» and an old book about the Dead Sea Scrolls. It’s hit and miss, or I’d have given it more stars – but we enjoy the bad oldies music and the periodic, almost whispered announcement describing the in-store discounts.
