Starbucks

This is the only Starbucks in town that consistently gets my order right. The only one. Bravo, Northlake Festival Bux!

Never been inside but the drive-​thru is bomb. Coffee always right on time and to my taste. :)

Do not touch the cream and sugar!!! Was talking to an acquaintance when I noticed a couple of homeless people come in. One homeless man went to the counter and ordered a cup of ice water. Afterwords, he went to the cream and sugar station and hung out there for at least 30 minutes. While he was standing there he put his hand over the sugar canister, The cream canister, and was pretending to be busy. We mentioned to the barista that he was putting his hands all over the sugar canister and cream and no one did anything. This went on for a while. If you go to this Starbucks, have the staff add cream and sugar. I was told by another customer that this happens often. Do not touch the cream and sugar at the station.

This location is notorious for being slow and having lines longer than reasonable. You schedule very little people at peak times and delicate duties poorly. One person making drinks while you got a line almost out the door. epic fail!

Even though I asked for LIGHT ice and got heavy ice I am a Gold card member so I will simply use my FREE Refills to balance it out.
Green tea no syrup light ice and Black tea no syrup light ice and deeply toasted plain multi grain bagel.

Love my Starbucks! The shopping center is in one word NASTY!
I’m shocked that the stores in the Northlake Festival shopping center aren’t holding the landlord accountable.

The service at this starbucks is usually very nice, efficient and overall pleasing. I can always depend on the barista here to get me in and out. They aim to please and always make sure you are satisfied with your drink. I love coming here!

NOT CONVENIENT AT ALL. no drive through, which is fine but at least have parking within 50 feet?! I hate its backward line and pick up section. It gets too crowded around the little pick up area towards the back and you can’t get past 3 people without saying «excuse me». Just overall a bad room layout on the inside.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for many years, off and on. As Starbucks go, this is similar to most every other that I’ve visited — long narrow room with a long counter and a few tables — there are also tables outside, some under the building’s awning and a couple under your typical green Starbucks umbrella.
There are two oddities about this Starbucks — the first has to do with the staff — as I stated earlier, I visit this one quite a bit — the oddity is that I’ve very rarely seen the same face twice behind the counter. Usually when you’re a regular or semi-​regular the staff gets to know you — my favorite location, for instance, knows me by name ad often has my venti dark roast coffee waiting for me if they see me pull up (I stop every morning). The disheartening thing here is that the lack of a familiar face seems endemic to a lack of that same friendliness — not that I have any expectation one-​way-​or-​another, but it does make me wonder why they don’t seem to keep employees for very long?
The second oddity has to do with the location and the horrendous parking situation. The business is sort of on the end, in the middle of a row of businesses that are back-​to-​back. You either have to park way on the front-​side where you can’t see your car, or in the tiny lot on the back side (in front of Carvel’s) that very rarely has any spaces (and no, even there you cannot see your car from Starbucks). It’s the exact opposite of having a drive-​through — instead of convenience you have inconvenience (not that I condone drive-​through windows — unless you’re in an electric car).
In any case, even with the above I’ve had decent service by the staff — but then I don’t sit and drink, I get and go. There’s almost no empty seating when I visit.

It’s not one of the best locations when it comes to the friendliness of staff, though I will say the consistency of the drinks is good.
I’m a big fan of Starbucks and I’m not ashamed. I enjoy their speciality lattes and occasionally an iced coffee. They have some tasty treats, but I’ve never tried their sandwiches. The chocolate croissant is one of my favorite treats, and they will heat it up for you if you like. This location is good about heating any pastries up! I’ve also tried the cake pops which are cute and very yummy. The lemon pound cake and banana nut bread are also other great snacks they have.
This location does not have a drive-​thru and the parking is a little weird. We usually park across the way at Red Lobster and walk over to grab our coffee to go. They have a few outdoor seats and the inside is pretty small but they have some nice seating areas around. The surrounding area is okay, lots of different shopping.

It’s a Starbucks… the service was average and coffee was… again, Starbucks.

Nearly every morning the line is out the door yet they never add staff to the morning shift. Really frustrating so I hope they reevaluate their staffing plan to get folks in and out more quickly.

Not the greatest size but the staff make you feel welcome, the manager has been there for a while and I guess he keeps everybody straight. Gretta is my favorite Barista. Tell her I said hi

This Starbucks has the best customer service out of many of the locations I’ve been to. The baristas really take their time to ensure that your drink is made right. Plus, they can always tell if you need an extra boost of caramel. :)

This Starbucks is in a great location. The staff are normally friendly. The only complaint is how narrow the inside is. I understand they need a lot of seats but because of that you can barely get down the aisle. I guess I go on the wrong days lol it’s always packed. On the positive side they do have outdoor seating. I have even seen people using those tables when it has been cold outside.

My all time favorite drink is peppermint mocha twist. Don’t let the long lines fool you they move very quickly. The store is always very neat and clean. The staff is very friendly. Drink up.

I work pretty far from any Starbucks around my work area, but I intentionally come to this one because of the coffee. Tried two other places, but their coffee tastes kind of old and unclean. Not sure if they clean their machines or not.
The service is friendly and quick. They are not cheap with their cup holders either!
If you see a cute blonde girl with a beany hat on, ask her to make your Iced Vanilla Latte or Iced Caramel Macchiato. I try to leave a big tip whenever she’s working. She’s fabulous.

This Starbucks is janky. I can’t believe I’m saying this; it feels like blasphemy.
I thought my love for Starbucks was unconditional and universal: that I loved them, all shapes and sizes and colors. Oh, Tucker Starbucks, why’d you have to prove me wrong?
First: the parking lot for this shopping plaza is very cramped and one can’t actually park close to the Starbucks. And this is the kind of plaza where it seems one might legitimately worry that someone might bash in a car window to nab one’s Garmin. When I was trying to leave the parking lot, I nearly got hit by three separate cars zooming by as I tried to back out of my spot.
Second: this Starbucks location is very small. I couldn’t find a seat, window bar stool, or couch immediately, and when I finally did, the kids around me started acting up, and then more kids and another adult came in the shop to join them, and it was just a mess.
Third: in the midst of all this, a small black child came panhandling in the store and asked every patron for money. WTF, Tucker Starbucks, WTF?
So yeah… not coming back here again. ‘specially not when there’s the most awesome Panera across the street from Northlake Mall.

I don’t drink coffee, but found myself in here for Tea. From the little time I was here, I saw interaction between definite regulars and the cashiers, so they do have the friendly thing going on.
Tea was good (I got the 20 oz «refresh» herbal tea), place was packed, so if you’re coming in on Saturdays to read or study, mornings/​early afternoons may not be the best time if you want a seat.
Very clean place though and the window showing all the pastries that you have to wait in front of while waiting for the line is kinda evil, but makes good business sense!

I needed a place after work to catch up on my online work. Since there’s a Starbucks at practically every corner, it was hard not to stop into this particular location and get some work done.
I really liked the layout of this particular café. It was spacious and CLEAN. Also, Starbucks have become more and more «laptop» user friendly so it’s hard not to miss at least 10% of the customers pounding on their keyboards (oh wait, that’s just me) or surfing the web.
The one thing that ALL Starbucks are reliable for is the comfort of knowing the product being served and the overall tone of the café. Almost all of them have the same color scheme and matching furniture. I particularly like this location because I was able to find a table next to an outlet immediately upon entering and I could see that the staff was efficient and really put their heart into their work.
And yes, the restrooms here are CLEAN as well!
