Starbucks

I visit this location regularly and they are always out of bags. So today, I brought a Santa Fe chicken sandwich, Thai-​style peanut chicken, nuts, chips, and a drink. When asked about putting everything in a bag, I was told that the shipment with bags did not arrive. And that they have no control over the shipments. Crazy, u have to ask for a bag every time. Maybe, the person responsible for the bags should request a bigger order since there’s a possibility that shipment problems exist. It’s a good thing that I had 4 hands today. Or I might have needed to make 2 trips to my car. Order the correct amount of supplies.

This Starbucks is great but it seems like every time I come here they are out of something. Today they are out of the white chocolate mocha syrup. I will continue to come here because the interior is nice and the drive thru can be fast sometimes.

I like this location a lot. It’s always very busy, the staff is very friendly and always quick delivering my drink.

This Starbucks location is your average shop, plus a drive through. Parking is limited since its shared with so many other shops like Five Guys (the only one I can remember off the top of my head) but I have never had trouble finding a spot. The drive thru line can make parking difficult because of the traffic, but hey, I can’t complain anymore about the drive thru because of its convenience, right?
Wrong. A line at the drive thru also means longer wait for my drink. I don’t mind waiting a couple minutes but when it comes down to it, I shouldn’t be waiting more than five minutes for my drink, especially when there are only one or two people ahead of me in the store line.
The cheerful baristas were the only people able to knock me out of my sleep deprived-​caffeine deprived mood. I ordered a Chai Tea Latte for some warm and soothing notes to the afternoon. I settled into one of the couch seats before I was rudely interrupted by a text from my friend to meet up immediately. I was enjoying the white noise of Starbucks and the hot latte between my hands.
The rainy weather deterred people from sitting in the outdoor seating area. It didn’t look very comfy to me, so only some extremely beautiful climate changes could have lured me out there.
My friend ended up taking a big sip of my Chai Tea Latte and thought it was Pumpkin Spice. Oops. I definitely could tell when she could make that mistake. Even so. I’m basic but not THAT basic.
This Starbucks is conveniently located near my church so this is definitely my Sunday go-​to after service. It’s not the quietest spot for studying or working but if you’re looking for a place to hang out, I’m sure this is the place for you.

Went here today and wow the prices are out the roof. Never ever spent $ 4.26 for a coffee before. My daughter wanted one so I bought it. I think the prices could be much better. I don’t think I will be going back and I can’t tell my friends to go here as well.

Omg I’ve been in the drive through for thirty five minutes for an iced green tea and a spinach wrap. Only four cars ahead of me. Boo. Hiss.

They can be a little slow even without customers or your order gets lost behind all the drive thru people

This has been my starbucks for about 2 years now, they are a training location so it’s hit or miss on speed. They are however very friendly. The redhead on bar is very friendly and makes the drinks great! There is a new girl in dt, very friendly and a warm smile i think her name is Jennifer, also there is a guy there named aaron he’s hilarious and very efficient. Overall i love the staff, an this store.

Coffee fix, please!
This is the closest Starbucks to me and I’m definitely a regular here.
It’s located within a shopping plaza with Kochi, Five Guys, and Walgreens off Lawrenceville Hwy.
PROS:
–Drive-​thru!
–Carries Verismo pods and the usual coffee blends
–Good amount of indoor seating
–Patio seating
–Wi-​Fi
CONS:
–Training location so it could be SLOW at times… like cars backed up through the drive-​thru and all.
–Does not carry Reserve Starbucks coffee

This location is on my way to work so I stop by here often to get my daily dose of caffeine. The service is typically excellent though I will say that several times my friend through order has been wrong or burned and the redhead behind the counter talks too much. Several customers and I were waiting in line to order while she was chatting it up with another customer who had already paid and received their orders.

Nice spot to kick back and do my school work. THE free Wi-​Fi is awesome! Plus the staff is very friendly!

Starbucks with a drive-​thru! Always a plus when you are in a hurry!
But I must not lie, this Starbucks location is on and off. Sometimes the drinks are fabulous and sometimes you just get a cup full of whipped cream! The muffins and cakes are good, sometimes you get them heated up and ready to eat and sometimes they are just in the bag they were delivered to Starbucks in. If you get something you want warmed up, I suggest asking as they may not always remember. I do enjoy the Holiday drinks here like the Peppermint Mocha latte and the Pumpkin Spice latte, but it depends on who is making the drinks. I just recently tried a few more of their speciality lattes and they are actually all pretty tasty!
This location is almost ALWAYS busy… the drive-​thru line is always wrapped around the building. If you do see the line wrapped around the building, it’s usually easier and faster to just park and get your coffee inside. Overall, this is a fine location to continue to visit, I just wish there was some consistency with the drinks and staff.

This Starbucks is very inconsistent. There are days when the staff and food/​beverages are on point. The rest of the time it feels like I’m a burden to them. Then the food/​beverages… Not good at all!

Always quick drive through. Courteous staff. Best one in be Tucker area if you ask me. In and out in a jiffy. Plus they have nice outdoor seating as well.

I used to love this location for it’s fast service and friendliness, and I’ve given them more than a fair shot to redeem themselves from mistakes. Today was the last straw. After many mistakes (wrong meal, frozen meals) and over 20 minute wait times thru the drive thru, at least they have always apologized for the wait. Today was almost 30 minutes to get thru and most of my drink had spilled out by the time the obviously flustered worker handed it to me. I mentioned the long wait and he completely ignored what I said! Not acceptable in customer service. Don’t train newbies during rush hour!!!

This Starbucks is located across from the Kroger on L’Ville Highway. I’ve never used the drive thru. The staff was very pleasant on this 4^th of July weekend. Definitely adding to my local area Starbucks when on this side of town.

Friendly and fast but prone to basic mistakes. I come here once a week and on more than one occasion they add something I didnt want like whipped cream or forget something. This Starbucks is usually very clean and I love how close it is. I will continue to come here when I need my fix.

I’m very glad that this Starbucks has been added to a rather coffee-​desolate area of Tucker/​Lawrenceville Hwy — I’ve visited a handful to times since it’s opened. In general the staff struck me as indifferent — it seems to stay very busy so locals may have a better experience. It has a drive-​through but in general I tend to stay away from drive-​throughs due to all the extra pollutants your (and my) vehicles spew into the air while idle.
As with all Starbucks, you can expect and will receive a fairly knowledgeable and well-​trained barista to make your drinks. No exceptions here, rest assured your skinny soy latte will be produced to your expectations. This location can be a bit hard to get into and out of, not sure who planned the traffic flow but they should get a D — also parking can be a bit scarce.
Since there wasn’t anything particularly exceptional about this location, I’ve given it 3 stars. I thought the register mavens could have been a bit more friendly, but I probably don’t warrant more than a simple greeting since this isn’t a location I frequent.
Two of the five or so times I’ve visited I encountered something unusual — black-​with-​turtleneck skinny guys wearing berets — guess there’s a local beatnik or wantabebeatnik colony nearby — might be worth the visit to see this rare breed (I thought they only hung out at the Plaza theater)…

I guess you could say this is my Starbucks as it is less than a mile down the road.
I have always had exceptionally friendly service both in dine-​in and drive-​thru. It is clean and has plenty of outdoor seating. Drinks are consistently good. I would say that this place is ALWAYS busy so if you are looking for a quiet spot to sit down with a good book or have a polite conversation — this isn’t the location.
My all-​time Starbucks favorite are iced caramel macchiatos, iced Americanos with whole milk, black and white mochas, and pumpkin spice lattes.

Stopped by after dinner at Papi’s cause I wanted to try the new Peppermint Mocha.
If you like Thin Mints (Girl Scout cookies), you’ll LOVE it. However, if you’re not too fond of it… you most likely won’t like it. I wasn’t too into it, and wished I had ordered the Caramel Brûlée instead, but you never know until you try. :]
