I stopped by there after work and was expecting to get in and out. When I arrived and drove over the black buzzer rope. It took a technician 2 – 5 minutes to come and acknowledge that i had arrived. When they finally came to my car, he told me to wait in the customer waiting area. I thought i was going to stay in the car. But clearly that wasn’t there policy. While waiting for 45 min for them to do a basic oil change, the technicians were cussing and using foul language. I was very uncomfortable and I thought it was highly unprofessional for them to be using such language. I will not be visiting there anymore.

How much time do you have? Do you like workmen getting in and operating your car with filthy, auto shop hands? Well, these and more are questions you SHOULD be asking. Took over 55 minutes to complete an «express» oil change(I had to ask to have the tire pressure checked) and there was a line of cars waiting. There were three guys there, none seemed to be in any hurry. My express, full service oil change consisted of new oil and nothing else. No vacuum, no windshield clean, no air in the tires; nothing. This shop is in our neighborhood and I have been here many times in the past. It used to be operated under the Shell Oil name, but recently the Pennzoil folks must’ve bought the lease. I’ll not be returning.
