If it was possible to give 0 stars I would! I was unable to be present for the move in cleaning, the house was completely EMPTY. The fridge brand new and the stove and microwave had already been cleaned. I asked for them the pay attention the the cupboards and drawers, baseboards, floors in all rooms as well as shelving in the «library». I took a baby wipe and ran it along an maybe an inch of the baseboard in each room, completely black! I called them and requested they come back out to actually clean. They came back and of course only did the baseboards. I brought my daughter over the second time to inspect. By the time she had crawled from one end of the house to the other her hand and feet as well as my feet were completely black from the floors. I took a wipe into one of the drawers in the kitchen, dirty and across the counter top again dirty! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! Especially if you aren’t there to watch them and make sure they actually clean! Will be calling after the holiday for a full refund because yes of course they charged me full price!!!
