Like the other review. The staff are extremely rude. I arrived to my appointment 5mins early. I waited and waited. 15mins passed from my appointment time and I asked the front lady how much longer the wait was. She looked at me crazy and told me that the doctor is almost finished with her other patient. She then tried to persuade to me that my appointment was at 10:30am, which was false because I had received a text alert that my appointment was at 10am. It is very disappointing that a company would make a mistake and then try to lie to the patient’s face like that.

I LOVE Dr. Chiru; however, others on her staff are not as pleasant. I was contacted about 3 weeks ago by Kay (the hygienist) needing to cancel and reschedule my appointment. She gave no reason at all besides there being a schedule conflict. She called numerous times to reschedule, to which I always told her I would let her know when my schedule had an opening (I work and am a full time doctoral student). She said ok. We finally settled on today May 31^st, 2014 at 8am. Low and behold I woke up this morning with trouble breathing, fever, chills, headache, and MORE= FLU. She proceeds to tell me that someone else could have had my spot and that I basically inconvenienced her by having the flu. I explained to her that I really wanted to come in, but after heading the advice of those around me I decided that it was in no ones interest that I leave the house. She definitely displayed a callous nature towards me as her potential client and for Dr. Chiru as her employer. I will continue to see Dr. Chiru; however, I will be finding a new hygienist.
