I have never been so disappointed at any Chik-​fil-​a.
I ordered a basic Chik-​fil-​a sandwich combo at 6:55 pm. I was given a yellow table cup thing and told they would bring my food out…

Waited…
Continued to see drive through orders and other people who had ordered AFTER me getting their food.
Finally, at 7:05 pm, I returned to the counter to ask for my meal. All the employees seemed to be falling all over each other… overstaffed?
It took another minute to get my order.
11 ½ minutes to get my order…
No urgency, but when I was casually given my order, I was told, «We were waiting for the chicken»
Current health score: 100 — though not displayed in the dining area… on the drive thru window.

Chickfila is quite possibly the best fast food restaurant in the US. Regardless of what is said about the food. Every facility I have been to has provided excellent customer service although they are packed!!! The restaurants are always clean and staff are always by far friendlier than other fast food competitors. As for the food, I actually love the chicken sandwich with a fruit cup. Keep it up!!!

Good service. Hate the new drive through. It makes you drive all the way around the building just to get in line. That sucks. Also, they should teach the girl with scarf on the head during the evenings to say thank you to the customers. So rude!

The drive thru service in the morning throughout the week has gotten terrible. I’m not sure if they lost a manager or a great employee but things seem especially slow now in the peak time of the mornings when everyone is going to work. I enjoy stopping at this location knowing I can get a chicken biscuit & my OJ within minutes! But this morning really did it for me. I wasn’t running late but had about 10 minutes left to spare; figured I’d grab breakfast. From the moment I pulled in the drive thru & was about to place my order I noticed their customer service wasn’t on point as usual. The line then proceeded to take about a good 15 minutes! ThThis isn’t the first time this has happened either. It just blows when you’re so used to superior service from this location & you almost get spoiled by it. I used to enjoy visiting this location bc the staff has always been amazing with their customer service & starting my day off on a good note when I’m exhausted & crabby before a morning biscuit hopefully they get it together soon. Other than that of course the food never ceases to amaze me of course!

It’s chick-​fil-​a need I say more?! Great chicken, clean restrooms and they have two drive thru lanes so you get in and get out very quickly. They usually throw in a couple mints in the bag also. Try the spicy chicken sandwich… that sucker is on point!

It’s been 11 years to long since I’ve had decent fast food. Now that I’m living here this spot is def my go to place. The food is fresh and tasteful and the service is great.

Awesome! Our sandwiches were super crispy and fried perfectly and my fries were so good I almost called the store to tell them how awesome they were! Usually the fries get soggy or get cold in the bag but that wasn’t the case with these. The employees in the drive-​thru were very nice and asked a few times before we drove away if we had everything we needed. Chick-​Fil-​A is hands down the best place for customer service!

We now have Chick-​fil-​A in California but they won’t have a «Brenda» anywhere but Atlanta. She has been delighting customers for 34 years, she handled a refund gracefully, and even remembers my name.
This shop is very busy but only once was the take order slightly wrong. This is my go-​to CFA when I’m in Atlanta.

Another High Quality Chic-​Fil-​A with a clean atmosphere, fast service, friendly staff, and that tasty high quality and fresh items every time… always consistent in all categories. After 35 visits, never a disappointment. Free WIFI. I am stuck on the classic Chic-​Fil-​A sandwich. Not into fast food but I often stop but for one sandwich to hold me over ’til I can take a real meal break. Love the waffel fries too so sometimes I get a combe.

I’m not necessarily knocking this Chick-​fil-​A. I always have fast and friendly service here, and I’ve had delicious chicken biscuits and chicken sandwiches here. I am merely pointing out a trend between this location and the one on La Vista Rd. Occasionally when I go this location the sweet tea tastes a few days old. It has this bitter sort of taste very similar to premade teas such as Lipton. It is almost like they are spritzing their tea with lemon. What a way to ruin some fresh iced tea. Anywho it is always hit or miss for me on the tea, so I have decided I probably wont be getting tea from here anymore. Matthews Cafeteria has dethroned the almighty Chik-​Fil-​A in the ongoing contest for best sweet tea of the south. Sorry CFA. You’ll need to step up your game.

I have eaten here for years. The lemonaide is tart & refreshing. Why I keep coming back? Frest food. Very clean. Staff always friendly. Good location. And they support our Tucker community. Since they have been open and the many years I have visited I have NEVER had a bad experience.

Hands down the BEST Chick-​Fil-​A in Georgia that I’ve been to. It’s right down the street from where I live as well.
What can I say? The food is prepared well. Store is always clean; great location to dine in. Customer service is 5 stars +. They’re also a great supporter of Tucker Middle, Tucker High School, and other feeding schools around the area.
I’m keeping it short and simple. This is THE Chick-​Fil-​A other ones need to look up to.

I was meeting another Mom for lunch with the kids here yesterday and I’m so glad we did. She was already there with her kids and scouted out the area to find as many tables together for our large group. She found a good spot with enough space for all of us to sit together. We got there around 11:30am and they were able to accommodate us all.
I remembered a time when chick-​fil-​a sold tuna-​fish sandwiches. However, I think I’m the only one because I got these weird looks when I asked if they still had it. Hmmm… maybe that wasn’t them. Anyways… I ordered 5 large salads and 5 large fries and 3 large lemonades. A vegetarian can make it happen anywhere.
The guy who was taking my order was so helpful and patient while I stood there trying to decide what I wanted to feed my crew. When I placed my order he asked, «If that was for here or to go with some meat on the side?», with a little giggle. Ok, ok…“you’re funny” I said. So I told him it was for here, and please hold the meat. As we were eating two ladies kept making their rounds over to our table offering to re-​fill our drinks, take our trash for us, bring us any condiments we needed. One lady even asked us if we wanted some freshly ground pepper sprinkled on our salads. We looked at each other like, where are we? This couldn’t be just a chick-​fil-​a. The ground pepper was a nice addition!
The kids had a great time in the play area, which I appreciated how clean and kept up it was as well.
The food was good, the service was great! Definitely will be back again!

this chik has the nicest staff known to mankind… seriously. your order comes out fast and hot. and the resto is clean clean clean!
nothing else i can say except you should stop by and grab yoself a sangwich!
