At time of booking them for a move, I requested a copy of thier insurance certificate as required by my condo management company. After waiting several days, I called back to re-​request and they informed me that they did not have sufficient liability insurance to satisfy my condo rules. Fair enough, BUT NOBODY BOTHERED TO CALL ME and tell me that they were basically leaving me with no movers, less than one week before my planned move.
I sent an emaI requesting a call from their manager and got a callback from the same girl who answers their phone identifying herself as «a manager». They took no ownership of the situation and refused to even recommend an alternate mover who might be able to assist me.
Very disappointed.

I was very happy with our move. My movers were very professional and helpful. They moved all of our furniture and wrapped it up to protect it. They moved quickly and efficiently. They even put my nursery together for me! I don’t plan on moving again anytime soon but if I did I would definitely be giving them a call back.
