This has been one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with the front office staff of a Portland area Doctors office. This practice ignored my referral to them for a lengthy period of time. When I called to check on my status they would put me on a lopping hold time and time again. When I did leave a message for them they did not call me back within the 24 hours as guaranteed by their voice message. The harder I tried to make an appointment the more difficult the process became. When I called to explain my situation the customer service manager was indifferent and passed it off as no big deal. Go somewhere else. Ask for a different referral.

If you have any sort of sleep issue (apnea or restless leg for examples), this is a great office.
They are organized, good with scheduling, and fragrance free. Not sure what more to say…
