My boyfriend proposed to me last week and it was amazing and perfect and the ring was absolutely gorgeous. After the proposal I got to hear about his ring shopping experience. He said he was helped by Shavonne/​Siobhan (I know I probably spelled that entirely wrong) and she showed him ideas of what HE had in mind, didn’t push $ 10,000 rings on him, made him feel welcome and important, and he said it was the greatest customer service he’s ever received. He wanted to introduce me to her as well, and when I got my ring sized, I went in by myself and was lucky enough that she was working that day and she was AMAZING. The most adorable woman ever. She remembered my boyfriend, told a cute story about him lighting up when he saw «the ring». She seemed so excited About our engagement, it really made her a big part of it. I hope she reads this! We love you!

I have had several negative interactions at this particular location. My fiancé bought an unconventional engagement ring, and when I came in to look at bands I was treated poorly. Not only did the older female employee hardly invest the energy to find a band that would work with my ring (which was purchased AT THIS LOCATION), she also mentioned that she usually encourages men to buy more traditional engagement rings to avoid my, «problem.» I left feeling embarrassed and stupid. We will DEFINITELY be purchasing our bands elsewhere to avoid snobby, stuck up sales associates.
