GAWD!!! I wanna give it a FIVE so bad! Soooo bad! I think I need to go a couple more times first! Considering the poor customer service of my first encounter at this location, I’m still wanting to FIVE star this joint! This place and workout were like the mAc to my cheese!!! The water to my ocean! The Yin to my Yang! I’m west side til I die! I’m so Bridgeport Village, they’re gonna have to re-name it Marissa Village! They have PARKING!!! This studio is Über posh! It smells delicious! No smell of ass! I realize it’s because it’s brand new at only 6 months! But it’s so pretty! Huge spacious bathroom with 3 showers and lots of room to change! If the locker room was busy there would still be NO accidental chance of bumping uglies with anyone! It would be intentional! The other CPYs in town smell horrific and there is NO real parking! Bleh! Also the class I went to only had like 8 people! AWESOMESAUCE! The instructor was the amazing Meredith! I’m in love! It was probably my fave CPY class! I wringed my self of all possible sweat and moisture! It’s two days later and I still feel amazeballs! I used to be a member a few years ago! But the over crowded classes and smelly smelly studios and super small locker rooms had me running far far away! I might have to start going once a week now! CPY does an amazing job teaching their instructors! NAMASTE

What a great CPY location. My wife and I always stop on in when we’re in the neighborhood. It is awesomely located near Whole Foods &REI. The instructors and classes are amazing. A huge perk is that this a brand new CPY. The facilities are top notch, spiffy, and shiny! Enjoy your classes here :)

Before this class the only time I had ever done hot yoga was back in high school, so I was expecting to do horribly. The instructor was great, she lead us into the workout with a very good, zen feeling telling us to open up our minds and listen to our bodies, which is exactly what I did. I was not able to do a whole class because(and this is my fault) I got really dizzy and nauseous from not drinking enough water ahead of time. I signed up as a last minute idea with my friend, but next time I will be more prepared. :) Overall, I loved the energy of the room, the instructor reminding us to smile, how supportive everyone was even though I left 45 minutes in, and how my body felt that much stronger after leaving class. I was scared as S*** going in, and now I will be going back at least 4 days a week.

Beautiful studio with excellent instructors. I’ve been a long time fan of CorePower Yoga and was ecstatic when one opened in Bridgeport. The instructors all go through CP training, so the classes are consistently good. Alice and Emily are my personal C2 favorites. Very rarely is the studio too crowded like you see at the NW and SE location. Very friendly, welcoming vibe that makes you want to keep coming back to your mat.
