Buffalo Wild Wings

My friend and I came in at 10pm on Tuesday the 19^th. The service was TERRIBLE! We walked in and stood there for like 5 minutes before someone even started to come over and when the guy did, he walked right passed us and helped the people behind us. It seemed like they were his friends. He chose his friends over his work and tried to cover it up when we said we were here before them. He pretended like he didn’t see us. We were waiting in line like everyone else… not sure how you could miss us. Granted he said that he thought we were waiting for the «to-​go» area, but he still didn’t have the courtesy to ask us if we were waiting the be seated or waiting to pick up. Anyways, we got seated finally and there was a rag still on the table. As if he was just trying to seat us anywhere so he could get back to «his friends». Once we got seated, a waitress didn’t come over to us for a good 5 minutes and another 5 minutes before we got water. I will note, that the floor was filthy and all the tables were a mess. We ordered our food and when we got it, my boneless wings were really cold and my friend didn’t even get the right sandwich. She ordered a philly sandwich and got a pulled pork sandwich. They didn’t give us any silverware. So we had to wait an extra 10 – 15 minutes for them to remake the correct sandwich and apparently the waitress had no idea that we had the correct sandwich brought out by Savanna so when we had finished our food, the waitress thought my friend hadn’t gotten her new sandwich yet and had to go tell the cook to not make it again for 2^nd time. When we got the bill, it was all jacked up and she had to go reprint it out again. When she took our cards and brought us back our receipts, my card wasn’t into the folder and I FREAKED OUT! I was scared she wasn’t going to come back since she had already brought our receipts. I felt like it was a more personal service to seat friends before seating customers they didn’t know. So to say the least, the service was beyond ridiculous. I don’t know if they were short staffed or what, but I will say, that Savanna was doing a great job running back and forth serving the food while most of the other staff were wondering around and talking to other people in more of a friend friendly way then a customer service way.

For some reason I keep trying this place… I just finished a terrible salad and the manager said there was nothing she could do. Oh well, I think I’ve finally learned my lesson.

We have never had a more unpleasant experience at a BWW. Asked for a water, our server didn’t bring it, but instead sat at a table across from us and chatted with friends. Ordered burgers and they were honestly the worst! You could get a better burger at any fast food joint. The only plus was the wings, as always, and the happy hour pricing. We won’t be back to this location.

The service is completely underwhelming. This is my third and final time giving this location a chance. Food order was wrong again and when I approached the manager to suggest he teach the kitchen staff how to make new menu items he didn’t seem to have the 2 minutes to spare to talk to me. Don’t waste your time here. Get your wings elsewhere.

Loud!!! Service is usually below par but I guess that’s to be expected at a sports bar. Food is no surprise either… For a bar.

So, as one might imagine, I have rather sensitive ears (the better to hear you with, my dear), so overly loud music that that literally vibrates the seats is something I don’t enjoy. My evening at this particular wing bar was spent alternating between watching sports at a moderate volume and then suffering bleeding ears as staffers decided to jack up the overhead speakers to 11. I see nothing wrong with enjoying some Ru Paul’s Supermodel, but I take exception when it’s played so loud that the booth is vibrating like a galloping steed.
So on décor, this chain restaurant loses some major points for nearly popping my eardrums. They also lose a point for tepid cleanliness (every table was sticky when I went to sit down).
They gain strong points for excellent service and superb food. It’s a chain, so you know what you’re getting, but it was well made, served hot, and properly seasoned.
I give this place Three Little Pigs. But they’d have gotten more if staff would stop trying to deafen the clientele.

Called in my order tonight and I was on hold for almost 6 minutes. Ended up hanging up and calling back where I was asked to be put on hold yet again. I told the person that I couldn’t wait any longer and I was able to finally place my order. I go to pick up my order and expect there to be a packed house based on my call experience, and that wasn’t the case. I end up standing around for 3 – 4 minutes before someone finally asks if I’ve been helped (4 – 5 people have walked around/​by me at this point and not acknowledged my presence). While I love the food here, the service has some definite room for improvement.

Rachel is still here one of the best servers I’ve had. Boneless wings are good buffalitos amazing Great service is a BIG PLUS.

Agree with other reviews that service is terrible– and on more than one occasion here. Will never return to this location.

This place is crowded, loud and dark, typical sports bar. I ordered the buffalo mac and cheese with a side salad. My friend ordered the potato wedges and some wings, they forgot his ranch. There were no carrots or celery to tame the burn. They forgot my salad dressing. My Mac and cheese was bland, dry and greasy, with no buffalo flavor. I added buffalo sauce so it was palatable. There was also chicken bones on the ground when we were seated. I asked if they had Killians Irish red beer, they didn’t, but they tried charging me anyway. I won’t be back, I’ll stick to the BWW in Tanasbourne.

We arrived at 9:30 PM (open until 1:00) and were seated promptly by the courteous staff. The waitress took the order soon thereafter. 45 minutes go by and we get refills. 15 minutes later, we get our Non-​complex dishes. They’re all made incorrectly (my wings came literally with no sauce and were not extra crispy as I had requested). The potato coins which we ordered with cheese had no cheese. The manager came to our table and gave the potato coins and the wrap (which was literally the only correctly made item) for free. She did not offer to replace my wings, but did offer to replace the potatoes which we declined as we had already been there for well over an hour waiting at this point. Bad experience. We will not be returning to this location.

Well the only reason this even got a two star was the initial greet we got was quick and friendly. We ordered our food, I asked to have the jalapeños left off, and buffalo chips instead of French fries. My burger came out with jalapeños and French fries. This was corrected quickly and returned to me. The description on the buffalo chips says crispy golden brown. This was completely opposite from what we both got. It has been over a year since we last came and I anticipate that it will be a long time before we come back. It also took us over 20 mins to get our food at 2:00 pm in the afternoon. Our server was the bartender plus seemed to wait on all the tables in the bar. There was about 15 people between these tables and those sitting at the bar. We noticed servers standing around in their computer stations talking to each other. It look like there was 3 managers on but they were standing around talking. One did come by the bar the last 5 mins we were there to ask the bartender if she needed his keys. As we left there were keys sitting at a high top table unattended. My wife said the manager had left them there. As we exited the restaurant there was a manager and two staff members standing at the front desk talking. Nothing was said to us as we left. It’s too bad that this experience was so disappointing.

I usually come to BWW on Tuesday and Thursday for their cheap bone and boneless wing days. To double up, go after 9 to enjoy a nice happy our as well. TVs and food!

I have been here before because I wanted to try the fried pickles and then another time which I ate so much food I hurt so when we came here I was excited and ready to try something new from here. we ordered fries and got then with cheese and a side of queso well the portion size for a 6 $ item was a total joke the cheese was barely there and the queso side was old and not edible… I got the steak wrap and it was disgusting I didn’t even finish it I am honestly writing this and feel my stomach beginning to roll from all the grease… and I know its a place that serves food that’s supposed to be greasy… but its dirty grease that’s not been changed for ages… its seriously sick. I will never eat here again… I need to go take something to make my stomach feel better :-(

Service. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Did I mention service was TERRIBLE. My boyfriend and I. Party of two went there on a Thursday night, late, it was super slow.
We walk in and the two people at the front, avoid us, and walk right past us. Ok, sure you’re a waitress-​I got it. Then, the hostess and another guy see us, make eye contact and scurry in the back. Ok, fine.
We get sat down at a dirty table, our waitress avoids us and we wait over an HOUR for two sets of small boneless wings. I was more than a hangry B-​word after this experience.

Elise was our server this evening and never missed a beat! Was attentive but also gave enough time to make our decisions when ordering. Our food came out within 15 min from ordering and it was cooked to perfection. We are from California and Oregon Bww hit the spot!

This is a disappointing review.
I ordered some wings to go, 5 spicy garlic and 5 lemon pepper traditional wings. And a a side of fries. The wings weren’t hot being that I ordered them to go which is good, but they were extra dry as if they’d been siting all day. Flavor was good but the food tasted old. The best part of my meal was my beer.
A little quality can go a long way guys.

Happy hour pulled pork sandwich absolutely sucked!
Tasted like gas station food. Complete disappoint.
$ 5 for a stomach ache. Meat was way too dry. Bun was old (stale)
The food servers don’t know what it means to assist a Co server. I waited forever to place my order and had to ask the manager I was ready. Then the original server showed an attitude.
PLEASE DO NOT SEAT A COUPLE WITH NO KIDS NEXT TO A HUGE FAMILY WITH KIDS.
NOT COOL.

This is one of the smaller BWW’s I have been to. Not my favorite of their locations. I still believe they have some adusting to do. When I order wings, I would rather have a wing count rather than a «small, medium, large» option. The place was full though, so I am sure that as much as it bothers people, it wont hurt the biz.
Prices are a little high for what it is.

We were seated promptly which is always a plus. The seats were too close to each other which I didn’t like. The back of my mom’s chair was literally touching the table behind her.
The service was ok. I didn’t realize they had a limited sauce on the menu which would have been nice to know. The waitress did an ok job refilling our drinks, but she didn’t bring out wet towelettes with our meal.
It was pretty crazy today with the Oregon Ducks vs Oregon Beavers game being on… so I can understand it being hectic.
