Bruce was able to accommodate me within 24 hours for a problem with my refrigerator. He took the time to explain everything so that I knew what my options were and what the difficulties were. Very helpful, and seems to be a straight shooter. I’d definitely use him again and would recommend him to others. In addition, there wasn’t an exorbitant fee for him to come out, as you might find with other local appliance repair places.

Great Service and very HONEST. I had a regfrigerator problem a couple of years ago which had me sweating for an entire 24 hours. Having been ripped off in the past on a washer/​dryer repair, I was prepared to open my wallet at the mercy of the technician. Called Abbott in the moring and Bruce arrived within hours and fixed the issue promply. He prorated his rate based on the time spent (instead of some «Mininum» house call charge), and was totally HONEST and REASONABLE.
Today, the same fridge (different issue) acted up. I called Bruce to come in — he walked me through the troubleshooting over the phone and helped resolve the issue. Most other guys would have required the service call before giving anything away.

Bruce came to fix my cooktop this week. He came when he said he would be here and knew exactly what he was doing. As promised he called that night with the cost of the part and will be back to install.
