I really enjoyed this place. It’s small but there’s lots to look at.
The artist was there working and chatting. She was super friendly and laid back. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy something or awkwardness that you sometimes get in other little shops.
I was impressed by the quality of the pottery. There’s also different stuff from other local artists.

Salmon Pottery is a wonderful little gallery with an assortment of different style pieces mainly by local artists. Don’t be fooled by the name, there is more than just pottery here. Painting, jewelry, sculptures, and more. I have found many gifts here and even indulge in something for myself occasionally!
If you’re in the Trumansburg area be sure to visit. Right on Main Street, it’s easy to find and you’ll be happy you stopped in!
