The absolute WORST Customer Service! I needed help with a address label I received from a Bank to send paperwork FEDEX and they wouldn’t help me at all. I asked if there was another FEDEX I could use, since they wouldn’t help me & they said, Sure — in Reno! I will be contacting FEDEX to let them know how I was treated & I encourage others with bad experiences here to do the same.

The BEST customer service around! They go out of their way to help others. I had a package delivered and I forgot to call and tell them. They had know idea who I was. They went out of their way to track me down and call me. I felt stupid but was totally happy that they did. In addition, I went to ship something and they competently showed me all of my options.

These guys are incompetent. We ordered a patio heater and they SENT IT BACK on the UPS truck the next day. It then re-​arrived 5 days late — just in time for our departure from town (and totally missed the party it was supposed to be used for).

Worst customer service experience in a long time. I was told they’d never shipped the type of material I needed shipped so they weren’t sure of the proper procedures. When I explained that’s why I was going to a 3rd party expert they just said they referenced the website. Clearly they don’t give a shit about other people’s concerns. Then they charged me twice what it would have cost to take directly to a FedEx or UPS drop location.

I came here to use their computer to print something and to get some stamps. The staff was very nice, their system was efficient and worked great. Logged on with out any problems, great and fast connection and a great price. Couldn’t have asked for more and worked better than most business centers I have used in fancy hotels. They also offered anything you could really need for the on the go worker.

This is a handy little office supply store in Truckee; along with the usual staple items
they also carry nice art supplies and small gift items. They have a Fed Ex shipping center, mailboxes for rent, and a California notary service if you need documents witnessed. Under one roof, a quality establishment and a needed resource in a small town without big box stores.
