I was about to take my boat to Reno (from Truckee) for repair as I had done in the past, and thought I’d check for a local shop. I found Stewart’s Marine and took my boat there for R & R lower unit impeller and also a shifting problem. Jay et al did the impeller and removed corrosion which was inhibiting shift mechanism in outdrive – no new parts required there! Charges were fair and reasonable, IMHO. Staff personable and knowledgeable. I will not drag my boat to Reno anymore.
