Linda’s Nails also offers haircuts. Today, I had the best haircut in years from David at Linda’s nails. The price can’t be beat in Truckee. David is skilled and pays attention to what the customer wants. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I walked in today around 5:30pm. I got to sit in a nice massage chair immediately. The service was nice and friendly. The basic pedi comes with a mandarin scrub, lotion massage, and hot stone massage. It was a nice, clean, relaxing experience. I will recommend and return.

My wife and I just had our best pedicures ever! They took their time and did a wonderful job! When in Truckee in the future we will definitely stop in again.

I didn’t expect a pedicure to be this nice. These guys are great and spent a ton of time on the massage part (and used a sea salt scrub). I’ll definitely come back when I’m in town. Such a great experience.

I was very well cared for and treated nicely. The young man who did my toes made me feel like a princess. I will return with a smile!

I had an acrylic manicure finished with gel polish. These have usually lasted me a solid three weeks. Within the first week, I lost two nails. They fixed them but were questioning me to ensure I was really a client of theirs. By the end of week two, two more nails came off. Unacceptable for the time, price, etc.

I am so upset! I never get my nails done because of the price and hassle. I decided to treat myself with a set of acrylic nail that costed 50 $ with tip. A week later they fell off! This place is a joke!

Sorry, total rip off! $ 35 for a pedicure with no polish at all. I was there for 20 minutes, not worth it. I could have gone to the spa at Squaw or the Ritz for that.

Terrible! Expensive. Messy. Save your money and let your toddler paint your nails — they will get less paint on your skin and your clothes.

Just received a great pedicure. They took their time and were very thorough. I will definitely be back!

I came here with my best friend and her mom for my friend’s wedding later that evening. From Sacramento, we didn’t really know what kind of place this was. Apparently someone in Tahoe recommended my friend go to this place!!! Were they on drugs?!
I arrived to find a less than average looking salon. I wasn’t about to judge, so I just went along with it since it was our girls date. I decided to go «all out» for a simple manicure and pedicure and get the «deluxe» deal which was $ 10 more than a regular mani/​pedi.
Ok so the foot soak was nice, the parrafin was nice, the leg rub was nice. But I wanted my nails done. The man who was working with me didn’t put a base coat on my toe nails. I thought that was off. Well, that was Sunday… today is Wednesday and my nail polish is already coming off. Also, they didn’t put much clear coat on my toenails. My nails looked like my niece could have painted them.
As far as my nails go, I needed some help. I’m not your average prissy girl. I get dirt under my nails. I told this to the nail guy. I said that they should be cleaned underneath — why should they not? He agreed casually yet did nothing about it. He was done with me before I knew it and I was sent to the dryers for my nails to dry. Immediately my nails had bubbles. So did my best friends nails — the bride! And she got a french manicure! Unacceptable!!!
I brushed off the bubble issue since we were on a time crunch and really we never go out to get our nails done together…
Well later that day as once could imagine, there was a lot to do to get ready for the evening wedding. It wasn’t long before my nails were completely f*cked up as if I’d done them myself. Today, Wednesday, my nails look like SH*T. The paint is chipped, cracked and dented/​smudged.
My poor friend’s mom paid for the 3 of us — my mani/​pedi ALONE was $ 60!!! $ 60 FOLKS!!!
Never again never again — I URGE YOU: DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS. LET THEM FADE OUT…

Really cannot believe people go to this place. I had a pedicure here and wasn’t exactly thrilled when I went in, but I was tired after having taken a Benadryl so wasn’t exactly focused, just needed a pedicure. As the technician worked I started to realize the place was filthy and even discovered that they didn’t sanitize the equipment between clients! They put a woman in the chair they had used on me without even rinsing the bowl, to say nothing of sanitizing it! The tools they used on me they used on another person without cleaning them! Couldn’t believe that people were actually getting waxed in this place — they didn’t even clean the nail clippings off the floor! It was empty when I entered; as the service was underway I realized that the only people who were in here were extremely tacky/​low class middle-​aged women so this was probably the trailer trash tacky to which they were accustomed. If you aren’t trailer trash, avoid this place at all cost!!! Way too expensive on top of the awful service!
