On the buy side — Kris Ferre is a fabulous buyer’s agent. She was persistent, but never pushy, and always optimistic. We appreciated her willingness to take us out to view houses, even in snowy weather. She was always eager and willing to show us property even when we were uncertain as to whether or not we would buy. When it came to writing an offer and negotiating a deal, I appreciated her aggressiveness and attention to detail. Kris also has a direct knowledge of the local community and has given us lots of tips about the schools, neighborhood, town etc.
As a seller — Nancy Davis is a true professional and an expert at what she does. She has many years of experience in the Tahoe market and it shows. I really valued her opinion and knowledge of how to get my home sold. Nancy and her team have all the tools to market a property and close the deal. Nancy gets results!
Closing Agent — Laura Hawkyard rocks, no need to say more. From the moment escrow is opened, Laura is on top of everything until the close. She is extremely professional, attentive, timely, personable and really has a service minded attitude. You are in good hands with Laura.
All in all, a great real estate experience with this team. My escrows closed on time, with no surprises. I would definitely use them again.
