Horrible service. Waited 20 min at an empty Taco Bell for 2 items. 1 item (quesadilla) was made incorrectly and I asked them to remake it. I waited 20 min until I decided I wanted my money back instead at that point. Bad management, lazy workers with no common sense and no respect for customers. Do not go here.

Like all the other reviews, this Taco Bell is incredibly cheap with the sauces. One of the employees told me (After I asked for extra sauce) that the managers told them 1 sauce/​2 items. How does that even make sense. The food is prepared in a below average for other taco bells. I’ll drive on further to another Taco Bell. Place sucks and management is trash.

Manager is always mean to workers and very fake and doesn’t try to be nice to customers. She doesn’t seem to know how to work anything and has to ask employees how to do things gets frustrated and walks away and tells someone else to do it. This is almost every time I go (Weekly).

I have never been inside this Taco Bell, I only utilize their drive through services because it is in a convenient location for me. Like most taco bells, this one is just A-​OK, nothing too stellar and nothing bad, like long wait times in the drive-​thru. The only issue I have is when I say I want A LOT of fire sauce, why do you only put 3 on the screen? How is 3 a lot… haha. The also didn’t put guacamole in my catina power burrito today. I have been trying to eat healthier so I don’t get cheese, avocado ranch, or sour cream, but I still do enjoy by guac… I will continue to go to this Taco Bell because of its convenient location.

Poor management from Asian Manager and also I find it fascinating while they are wearing their gloves and scratching themselves while serving food for customers and myself. Tell them to change their gloves now on if you’re at the drive-​thru.

This rating is totally based on comparing this TB to other TBs. This is the typical new style TB. They are very conservative with sauces and napkins, but I have never had an issue with service and they seem to have the newest offerings well before I see them advertised. If you are looking to run for the border, rest assured that this TB is a solid flag bearer for the brand.

By far one of the worst taco bells ever!!! I don’t think any of them speak clear English! They couldn’t understand one hard and one soft taco. I even repeated my order 3 different times! !!. Got my order wrong. I asked for both hot and mild sauce I got one of each! And she was rude when I asked for more sauce. And my food was cold. I think they should have someone who speaks English taking orders!!! Never again will I go to this taco bell location!!! I’ll stick with del taco for my tacos they taste better anyways. And just get Mexican pizzas when I want one from any taco bell!!!

A few months ago, you couldn’t have paid me to go to this Taco Bell. I would choose anything else. But whether they’ve gotten new management, or just a swift kick, this place has become amazing. I haven’t waited longer than 5 minutes in drive-​thru, food is always fresh, employees are friendly and polite. Thank you!

Getting much better! I remember about a year ago I used to drive out of my way to avoid this place, but not anymore! Great customer service, hot fresh food, at a convenient location, and with minimal wait. What more could I ask for?

I don’t know why they even bother having a drive thru because you could actually go grocery shopping and prepare your own meal in the same amount of time it takes to get through this drive thru. Seriously, every single time I’ve been here, they always say it’s an 8 minute wait time because they don’t have Pizza Hut personal pan pizzas or breadsticks ready. 8 minutes turns into 14 minutes. I’m not sure why they even have the Pizza Hut portion of the business.

Went there today and got a chicken burrito and a pizza hut supreme combo. Pizza hut combo was ready. Waited almost 5 mins to make 1 burrito not very busy either. Kept taking care of drive through. Would hate to see how long it would take if there was a line.

I always went there at least 2 times a week since my school was right behind Taco Bell. The only thing I hate about it is the manager is a complete jerk. I don’t blame him for being a jerk to the other jerks, but he treats any minors & teenagers like crap. I like the new remodeling they did. It’s very modern and comforting. And also, they have a problem with portions. Their portioning fluctuates back and forth. One day, you’ll get a burrito with little stuffing and another day, you’ll get a burrito that has a lot of stuffing. Usually, it’s the small portion. They also sometimes mix up orders, but oh well. On the bright side, the rest of the staff isn’t so bad.
