Outstanding customer sales and support. I purchased to J&M headsets for my HJC IS MaxII helmets. I had a few questions about which system to buy and how to install. They took the time to answer each question I had and the installation went perfect. Order turn around and shipping were really fast as well. Cant say enough good about them, If I need anything they will be my first call.

Shipped my Schubert C3 helmet to Sierra Electronics to have the J&M Integrated Elite 787 Headset installed. Within four minutes of receiving the helmet, they called me to confirm the work I needed done. They received it late Tuesday and on Wednesday morning I received an email with the shipping information. Received the helmet back on Saturday. Incredible turn around time.
The installation was beautifully done and I’m impressed with the quality of the workmanship. Much better then the clamp on J&M headsets. Sierra Electronics had the best price for the headset and beat the installation price as well. I never heard of them, but they will be getting future orders from me. In fact when I get my custom painted C3 helmet, its going to them to have the headset installed.
If you have a Schubert C3/​C3 Pro or Shoei Neotec Helmet, have Sierra Electronics install this headset. You can’t beat the price or the professional installation. Five stars are not enough!!!
