This is about service, not the product. I have an appointment with Protection One for 12pm. It is now 12:41pm and I have yet to receive a call or have anyone from their company show up. We are a business that is located miles away from their office. How sad? Then when we called their main line, we did not get a person for 13 minutes. Right now I am on hold waiting for them to figure out where the rep is. At the end of the call this was concluded with sorry, we made a mistake. Glad this company has no respect for peoples time.
