Had some treatments with showed no visible results. Was told I only needed 3 sessions and after 4, nothing noticeable had changed. The technician agreed that, based on the pictures, there was no positive result. Dr. Gilmore failed to respond to my email, which simply requested her thoughts about how to proceed or if I should continue with treatments, try and alternative method or simply discontinue. I believe that these costly treatments don’t work and I feel completely misled about the result that would have been expected. I was given examples of clients who had much worse conditions with extremely positive results, and therefore, I felt more confident about the potential of my outcome. VERY DISAPPOINTING RESULT AND VERY MISLEADING INFORMATION. THEY ARE NOT INVESTED IN PATIENT SATISFACTION!
