If you’re looking for a pediatricians office this is definitely the place to be a part of. It’s right there inside of the hospital where you feel safe and secure. The doctors are by far the best and the nurses are the sweetest ever. They make you feel so comfortable and the overall service there is beyond exceptional. Jamie and Susan are always very sweet. All of the doctors there are amazing and full of knowledge and the best part is that they are all moms and understand. What’s nice is there’s a Starbucks right there as well and valley is available so if you have a stroller and a bunch of stuff to carry and it makes it very convenient. I always recommend this office and I will continue to go there with all of my children. I appreciate your level of service.

I have been bringing my son to this office for a few years now. I love that they are open 7 days a week as im a working parent and sometimes cant take off work to bring my son in. The staff has always been nice when I call or come in. The appointments times are pretty on time. I have had to wait a few times but nothing too crazy. The referral girls are really nice and always very helpful. Ive recommended this group to several of my friends and they all seem to be happy with the care their kids get. Im not sure about the other reviews :(

I would not recommend this office to anyone. I have two kids, and I have seen a different doctor in the practice almost everytime we went because each one seemed like they didn’t care about my childs care. I kept thinking well maybe doctor xyz sucks, but maybe there is a better one on board. I liked that they had late hours, were located near my house, they saw children who elected to be on an alternate vaccine schedule, and had after hours care. However, I was sadly disappointed after visiting three different doctors at this location to find that all three were terrible. None of them actually seemed like they cared, and their well baby check up lasted about 5mintues. I had one doctor call in medication with a different prescription than she verbally told me in the office which was alarming; And every single time I went there the nursing assistant would ask me about the history of my child — even when they had seen my child the day before for an illness, they would ask if my child was on any medication or what my child was being see for that day even though I was told to bring my child in for a recheck. the doctors don’t read the children’s medical charts. The doctors also never wash their hands inbetween patients which I find really gross. Their waiting rooms are also really aweful, no colors on the wall, no toys, no books, very unchildfriendly place.

You would think that with negative reviews and the poor position of Beaumont currently they would attempt to manage brand damage from this group. We are leaving the practice and taking our children elsewhere. Aside from the clinical concerns I addressed in my post 8 months ago I am out of town, my wife is at work and my daughter tried to make an appointment at our direction. The desk was rude even after she told them it was at the direction of her parents which one is out of state and the other is working. This was to make the appointment not the actual visit. The clerk tells her to have her parents call back and hangs up on her, a 17 year old HS senior. Place believes they are the only place in town, guess again. Time to look elsewhere. This practice is beyond dysfunctional. Please can Unilocal put in a zero or negative rating option. This place deserves it.

Only giving one star because I have to. Really would give a negative. I called this practice because my daughters’ original pediatrician moved here. I wanted to ask this doctor a question about my 3 month old so I called to leave a message to have her call me back. This is the only way that I knew to get in touch with the doctor that had seen my daughter since birth. I fully planned on switching over to this practice because I really loved our pediatrician, by the way. The front office receptionist who answered the phone and then the office manager both told me it would be illegal to take a message from me. I am incredulous and so disappointed. I am also not willing to believe that it is illegal to take down a name and phone number. That is all I was asking. Sticking with my original practice even if it means I have to change doctors. From the other reviews that I have seen on Unilocal I am not the only one who thinks poorly of this practice.

This place is horrible. As a new patient I was not impressed from the minute I walked in the door. I have three kids and we have moved a lot since the birth of our first son, so I have two other pediatric offices to compare to and trust me, this place stinks. Asked to come 15 minutes early to fill out paper work, I did that and was still not seen until 40 minutes from my appointment time. They had two toddler toys in the waiting room that don’t even have batteries. No books, TV, or anything else for kids to entertain themselves with. Once we got in an actual room, saw a doctor, had vitals checked and vaccines adminstered it was another hour and a half. I’ve been to ER with one of my children before and I was seen sooner there this place. I had to ask the PA multiple times ‘how much longer’ and she kept saying it’s because we were new patients. I’ve been a new patient before and have never experienced this. There is no sense of urgency at all.
