Always delicious. Changing menu keeps up with the trends. Only negative is that portion sizes have gotten much smaller as prices have gotten higher. But that seems to be the trend everywhere.

he is amazing and wonderful person– great, good heart and
he is right person for customer service, he is true example
of Panera bread good service.

A wonderful, relatively healthy alternative to all of the nearby fast food. Especially great for breakfast. Employees are kind, knowledgable and patient.

I love this Panera Bread. Everyone’s so nice and friendly in it. I remember the first time I went in at about 845 thinking I’d need to get it to go bc they close at 9, but they said, ‘oh no we’ll just be cleaning up and don’t mind if you stay and eat’. Compare that to other nearby food places (ehem, Chipotle) where I’m often given that look (you know the one) for coming in at the same time, and they stay open til 10!
The foods always been good and they often offer to come clean up my plates frequently. Not to mention as a store they donate excess food to food pantries, and as a company do amazing things for people through panera cares, their restaurants in impoverished areas that allow people to pay what they can for food. This is truly a company with a heart that cares about having a positive impact on the world, not just the bottom line, and it shows in their employees like the Troy location.

First time at Panera Breads. The sandwiches were average, the chips hard and crunchy, and the atmosphere similar to that of Culvers. I have been waiting to try the place out, and found that I wasn’t missing anything all this time. I’m not saying that this place is bad, but I really didn’t find anything to make the meal stand out. I may try again at a later date, with some other items on the menu, but for now Bakehouse Breads in downtown Troy is king of the hill.
