I had a terrible experience with a sales person by the name of M this Saturday afternoon. Not only did was it like pulling teeth to have her help me, she ignored me and constantly kept interrupting me by helping other customers after I finally got her to help me. I asked her a simple question as to how I could print some pictures; the terrible employee had the nerve to grunt and sigh as if I asked her to clean my toilet with a toothbrush. It was a very uncomfortable experience. Between her rude attitude, and her careless answers to simple questions; I had to take a moment to realize, «hey I’m the customer and I’m simply trying to spend money». A simple question such as; «I have an iPhone and I would like to print my pictures here; should I email them or do you have another method for me to get them onto your computer to print». Her response; «whatever you want». «What sizes can I print my pictures as?» her sassy response: «whatever you want». Ok; at this point I was really ready to give her a strongly worded response. Finally when I got my pictures downloaded to the computer (all by myself without any help from her), she didn’t want to help me or show me how to print them. Thanks for your help!
