I have frequented Noodle and Company on several occasions, mainly the Troy location. Service and food has always been good. Med salad is one of my favorites. There is one older female employee who typically is at the register. She is not my favorite as she is always unfriendly. Today took the cake. When we walked up to the register she walked away without a word. Another friendly employee said«I will get someone to help you.» After waiting a bit the older employee came back. She was extremely rude and became ruder when I handed her a birthday certificate. She was even very rude to her co-workers. How I was treated today I can assure you I won’t be back. Noodle and Company I would re-evaluate your front staff because first impressions are important and this older female employee is not who you want greeting your customers.

Maybe I hit this place on a bad day, but this was the slowest fast casual restaurant I have ever visited. It took about 20 minutes from walking in the door until getting my food. Most of the tables were dirty. When food arrived, the dumplings were smushed flat, like a pancake, with very little filling. The woman in front of me in line had a carry out order and was ready to leave without her food because it was taking so long. I usually love noodles n company, but I’m not sure I’ll be back to this location any time soon.

Perfect place for a good noodle and meat meal. I got the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese with chicken. For the price, I wasn’t expecting much, but wow… did I receive the chicken in this one at this location. It could have just been who was in the back at the time, but I was very satisfied with it regardless.

I love noodles n company, but the girl who cashed me out just 15 minutes ago was so rude! She had side conversation with another coworker, and she gave me my change, and drops my change! Which is fine, but she didn’t apologize or nothing for dropping my change that I had to pick up. And gave me my bag without greeting me. Like a «thank you» or «have a nice day» something so simple could go a long way. They need to hire new people who have better customer service.

I love Noodles N Co. This location pisses me right off though. The only reason is that I come here for lunch, regularly, as in noon, as in lunch time, as in when everyone comes into lunch. SUREENOUGH, they have 1 woman working the register. To her credit, she is always remarkably friendly and never seems daunted. But that line would go so much faster if there was just 1 other person working. I hate to be one of those«this is my ONLY lunch hour» people, but like… it is. If you’re on a time crunch, AVOID(especially with the cyclical construction on Big Beaver). I you’re not, or you get many lunch hours through the day, this place is delicious.

I rarely ever review fast food places or even eat there in general, but I was really impressed by the service at this particular location. I really love seeing managers doing the dirty work to help the employees and the manager here was doing just that, bussing tables. The cashier noticed I was staring at the menu for awhile on the wall and walked all the way over to me to ask if I need any help and then got me a sample of the sauce. Also, the manager noticed me having trouble twisting the cap off my bottle and came to my table to offer me help then asked how my meal was. Exemplary service for a place that seems like just a fast food joint. I was very impressed.

Stumbled upon this place looking for Thai food. I was impressed. I ordered the Steak Stroganoff. It came out pretty quick, the steak was tender and juicy, but not too juicy to where it messed with the melted Alfredo and Romano cheese. Someone even came out and checked to see if I needed anything. Overall a good experience.

Just visited this location after trying the Rochester Rd. Noodles & Co. last month. We were happy with both locations — good food for the money, decent service and a nice selection of items to choose from. I’m a real fan of their Chicken Noodle soup, and I’m very picky about my soup — most restaurant soups are too salty for me. But theirs is very close to homemade with good broth and big pieces of chicken breast. My husband got the Beef Stroganoff which he really liked and the portion-size was generous. I’ve tried their salads and sandwiches and liked them both. Yes, it’s ‘fast food’, but for about the same price as McDonald’s or Wendy’s, we got some fresh, tasty food, and it only took about 5 minutes to get our order. My only complaint is that I wish there was a location closer to our home in the Warren/Madison Heights area. I think it would do really well there.

I came here for the first(and probably last) time about a month or so ago. I ordered online and walked into the store about 10min later(my order was supposed to be ready in 8), paid, and then since I wasn’t given my order… stepped over to the side to wait. Well, I continued to wait. And wait. And wait. Since I’d never been to noodles before, I thought maybe since I ordered chicken on my pasta it was going to take a bit longer than the 8min. Finally, about 20−25min later, I realized that people who came inside and ordered AFTER me had already sat down with their meals. Super annoyed, I went up to the cashier(who I was literally standing a couple feet away from the entire time I was waiting) and asked if I could be refunded since I’d been waiting 20+min for an order that was supposed to be ready when I got there. He turned behind him and grabbed my order that had obviously been sitting there since I got there!!! Barely an apology(I think he said«sorry about that» as I was leaving), no offer to remake my cold food that had been sitting there for at LEAST20 minutes, nothing. I e-mailed corporate that same night and never got a response. Terrible, terrible customer service all the way around.

I’m not sure why this place is so expensive. My wife and I had take-out tonight for dinner from the location in Troy on Crooks and Big Beaver, I had the Penne Rosa with extra grilled chicken and my wife had the Pad Thai with chicken. We got the regular size pastas, but the portions were tiny-not enough food for the price. The chicken was obviously pre-made frozen chicken that was warmed up, possibly in a microwave, and there were almost no vegetables-maybe two tiny mushrooms in the Penne Rosa. The sauce had a nice spice to it, but the chicken was bland and the spinach still had its stems, which was hard to digest. The Pad Thai was bad too-bland, tons of noodles, and very few vegetables-not delicious or savory like you would get at an authentic Thai restaurant. Our two dishes together was a little over $ 20, but we had a coupon, so it was $ 8, and it’s a good thing it was that cheap, otherwise I would have gone to the restaurant to speak with the manager about the poor food quality.

Went here yet again last week. It would get a 3 out of 5 for me again except for one thing: a manager came over to ask how the meal was and how we were doing. My mom happened to ask if they had any coupons floating around, and he promptly whipped out some BOGO coupons and gave us EACH one. Awesome customer service. The food is always good here, but compared to the Northville + Royal Oak locations they always seem to get something small wrong with my order. This time I wanted to substitute mushrooms for onions, and instead I got what seemed to be extra onions and no mushrooms — when I asked the server about it, they brought over a small bowl of mushrooms, though. My mom asked for the dressing on her salad to be on the side, yet it was drizzled on the salad instead. Despite all that, I will be back because of the BOGO coupon and because it’s the closest Noodles location to me.

For a man of Irish, German and Austrian decent I sure do love my pasta! If I could eat it everyday I probably would, but if I did I’d be an even fatter fat kid then I already am. I love Noodles and Company because it allows me to get that quick fix I am looking for without having to go to a sit down restaurant. The food is always pretty good(love the Parmesan Crusted Chicken) and the fact they now have a Freestyle Coke machine is AH-MAY-ZONG! That’s right. AH-MAY-ZONG! These things are way too damn cool to just be labeled as AH-MAY-ZING. For those who do not know what they are, let me learn you something real quick. It is essentially a fountain pop machine with all of the options Coca-Cola offers, but wait there’s more! Each selection gives you the option to add in either Lemon, Lime, Orange, Vanilla, Raspberry, Cherry, Strawberry, Grape or Peach flavoring to jazz up your selection. Not all options offer the same choices, but those are all the flavors. That gives you over 100 different drink choices to accompany your meal. My personal favorite is Ginger Ale with Vanilla which tastes very similar to a Boston Cooler. Try it! Back to the food. Their Mac & Cheese is always a good choice, but my personal favorites are their Penne Rosa and the Pesto Cavatappi. Also their Tomato Basil Bisque is oh so good. I have yet to try any of their salads or sammies, but I will venture that way when I am not in the mood for pasta. Not sure when that will actually be though.

I’ve been to Noodles & Company twice now. Once in the Troy location, and once in the Ann Arbor location. I’ve never been really impressed. I feel like the dishes aren’t fresh and everything is frozen. I had the Chinese Chopped Salad which had a pretty good dressing, but I decided to get the chicken on it which appeared to be frozen and microwaved. There was no way it was fresh which ultimately hurt the salad. I also tried the chicken noodle soup which was no different than Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup. My girlfriend had the Med Salad and she thought it was pretty good. My first experience in Ann Arbor was better. That was a few years ago and my perception may have changed. Overall, I’d try to avoid this spot unless I had a coupon or some kind of discount. I’m definitely not going out of my way to grab a dish from here.

I can’t believe how low these reviews are! I mean c’mon…it’s a fast food noodle joint! Hot noodles, good sauce, warm chicken. How can you go wrong? You’re basically making up your own rules. So therefore, you only have yourself to blame if your food went wrong. Aren’t satisfied with what you got? Well then try this: Spiral noodles, pesto sauce, crusted chicken, and extra parmesan. And then more parmesan. Simple perfection. You’re welcome. Oh and you know that rice crispy treat you’re eyeing? Yeah, it’s worth it.

This location is a bear to get in to and then goes to a game of musical chairs to find a parking spot. Once inside the service is pretty fast. Everything is made fresh and the portions are large. The bus person spots your empty bowl and removes it the second you set your fork down. No opportunity for licking the bowl. I enjoy the noodle dishes; especially the truffle oil mac n cheese. It’s the not the best I’ve ever had. I take quick service and convenience over taste when I need to carb up in a hurry.

Cheap and filling but the food quality isn’t amazing. It is enough to get you going. A regular was enough for two meals for me. I was able to take some home for lunch the next day. Everything is very accessible from the drinks to the to go boxes. The workers here all have smiles. My friend’s mac and cheese was way better than my Japanese pan noodles. I guess you shouldn’t get anything ethnic at such an Americanized chain. I wouldn’t mind coming back.
