Movers Ken and Joe were courteous and very helpful. However the office help, Shannon, got the date of the move wrong, never told the movers they didn’t need a large truck, never told me of payment options, etc. — she needs to move out of that office.

I hired MI Solutions to clean the basement of my newly purchased, almost 100-year old home. Let me be clear: this basement was GROSS. It stunk, there was debris everywhere, cobwebs, etc. (It was so bad that it was almost a deal breaker as far as purchasing the home went). MI Solutions charged me a very reasonable rate and did a great job. It took about four hours– first a team of two showed up to sweep, clean the walls, ceiling and other surfaces. Then two more people showed up with a big floor cleaner. They used an eco-friendly solution too, FYI. The funky smell disappeared and the basement felt normal finally. Well worth the money.

It has taken me a while to rate this company since I had them «clean» as well as move us. This is an inexperienced, small, family run & owned collaboration. I’d imagine if they had taken any longer to move us, our entire furniture would have been destroyed! We used them the end of July, 2013 and I would never recommend them to clean or move anyone, until they acquire more organization, movers that are more «skilled» honest, and show some kind of integrity. They need some kind of training in order to get some experience… As was mentioned to me «anybody can move some furniture, the beauty & skill is to do it leaving the furniture in tact, just like you got it!» The «previous reviewer» summed it up on point!

Pay 180 bucks for 1.5 hours of lazy movers and listen to things falling and breking for the first 15 minutes. That’s what you can expect.
