We have attended numerous functions here. They are set up to handle various size groups, with or without meals, and A/V equipment for speaker presentations. The food served is excellent. Lately we are here for real estate association meetings with room for vender tables and theater-style presentations. Clean, newer, well taken care of facilities. It is part of Michigan State University’s Eli Broad Graduate School of Management.

I was going to add this place as an adult education center. This place is MSU’s Eli Broad Management Education Center first and foremost but it doubles as a venue that can be booked for special events. So they offer executive MBAs for those who are interested and it’s great for Sparty to be so close to home!!! I came here for a banquet way back in 09 for Athens varsity tennis so I’m not reviewing it as a banquet hall.
I just came here for a Contract Testing research study on beverages and this was the host site. For those who don’t know/recall seeing something significant like this, it’s adjacent to Delphi World Headquarters. The building and facilities inside look really nice. Eli Broad College of Business is up there though probably not in the top 10. You’ll prob have to do your own research but it beats going 90 miles or so to East Lansing and getting an MBA when you can get some of your business classes knocked out over here.

I probably should be giving this place 4 – 5 stars, considering that their food was excellent and that the facilities were actually quite nice. But I mean, it’s a banquet center, you know? It’s okay. I also don’t actually know how much it was but it suited the needs for our group to have a Winter Banquet with a separate kids room.
The service from the wait staff of the day, I don’t know if they are hired for the day or regular employees, but some were on their toes, and others were a little~ meh…
Once again, food was excellent! You will not have complaints from your group re: food: D
