My bad for not doing my homework on this place. I actually thought it was somewhere else in Troy. Purchased two microdermabrasion though groupon. Not a lot of money so not s big loss but little to be gained, I fear. The office is old and shabby and didn’t feel clean. Not at all like you would expect a spa or skin care center to be. First thing in, did I want to add on a facial… no. How about a collagen treatment… no. The gal first cleaned my face with rubbing alcohol which was most unpleasant. She then rubbed the dermabrasion tool over my face so hard that it hurt. Not sure if that was right or not. She seemed to be eager to be finished. She then asked me to wash my face. I was not happy with the looks of the washcloth she gave me to use but used it anyway. If I go back, I will take my own with me. All in all, I would definitely discourage anyone from trying this place.

Really bad experience
I went for microderm and facial. The lady charged me $ 15 extra for purifying face mask. Entire time she kept on talking and pushing me to buy her products which was not relaxing. Also, the next day i broke into acne all over my face.

I purchased a «60-​minute European facial» through Amazon Local. My appointment was at noon. At 11:00 am, I received a call stating that my facial would be at 12:15 rather than 12:00 because another client came in late.
HUH? Not my problem. Seems to me that the ONLY person who ought to be inconvenienced in this equation is the person who showed up late. I told her that it was NOT acceptable because I had an appointment in Royal Oak at 1:30.
I was taken back to the facial room at 12;22 and the facial began roughly 5 minutes later. The facial itself was decent, although I wasn’t in the mood for small talk and she would just … not … shut … up. She was an engineer who changed careers. Her son is in law school, etc, etc, Don’t care!
The facial ended at 1:06. My 60-​minute facial lasted 39 minutes. This speaks VOLUMES about their desire for my return business.
