After the technicians sent out by my home warranty company took two weeks (during a heat advisory) to diagnose a bad control board, then promptly went out of business as soon as the part came in, we called Jeff in, as he had done work on our house for the previous owners. After running diagnostics on our system, resetting some internal switches, and cleaning our coil, we had a/c again. The previous firm would have charged us three times more for an unrequired fix. Jeff was prompt, is well-connected in Troy, and was a pleasure to do business with – very highly recommended.
