For 10 years, my partner has sent me flowers from Fleur de Lis for many occasions. Never once have they disappointed — the arrangements are exquisite, they’re always unique and geared toward the occasion — which once was «Happy International Moment of Laughter Day»!
Our anniversary was July 10, she sent an arrangement to me at work on the 6^th (so I could enjoy it all week, she said). It’s the 18^th and they’re still going strong! I’ve pulled out a few irises but the lilies and roses are still as fragrant as they were on day 1. My co-​workers look forward to all my deliveries because they make the office that much lovelier.
They are a small operation and that’s why they can do such a consistently great job. If you want 24 hr service, call FTD and take your chances. If you want beauty, call Fleur de Lis.

I wanted to give Fleur de Lis my business but their hours were too limited. I came in one morning between 10 and 11 to order a large bouquet I needed for the following day and the florist was out at the wholesaler’s. I rearranged my schedule to come back before 4, when she was scheduled to leave the shop. She said she couldn’t make the bouquet for me because she wouldn’t be open before 10 the following day, and she didn’t seem to regret that fact in the slightest. I’m glad other customers have felt welcome here, but that wasn’t my experience. I wish all small businesses in Troy well, but this interaction did nothing to raise my hopes.

Awesomely stylish, smells great, and super duper friendly. And she does beautiful work. The most friendly and professional florist in Troy. Did I mention it smelled awesome in there too?

Definitely the best florist in Troy. I’ve used them a number of times for small bouquets — they do wonderful fast work. And the flowers seem to last longer than most places I’ve tried.
