The storage units are fine but Customer Service needs some improvement. I was not informed of their «requirement» of having storage insurance. The ExtraSpace Storage website stated insurance was optional and recommended. When I went there to complete the paperwork, the manager stated it was requirement. Only after I threatened to cancel did they drop it. But apparently, I still had to pay the $ 10.00 insurance fee for the first month I was there because it has not been refunded to my account as of yet.
Otherwise it’s clean, gated and in a nice location. No complaints about the facility itself.

Be careful about Extra Space Storage. They charged a lot of extra fees and would not accept a return of an expensive padlock still in its original sealed packaging just over 30 days after purchase. They don’t seem concerned about customer service.
