I placed an order on August 12th and still haven’t received my order, after waiting 2 weeks. Customer service sucks! I have emailed and called multiple times and I have gotten no response. Even the tracking information says «in process», which it has said for two weeks. What does that mean? I hope if they see this review they will at least get back to me!
