They had a large selection, so we tried a couple different things. Chocolate donut, croissant sausage roll, glazed donut holes, and an apple fritter. I couldn’t finish a bite of any of these items. My husband who eats anything I don’t eat, wouldn’t even eat the chocolate donuts. The croissant sausage roll was so heavy and greasy I couldn’t chomp down on it without making a «I don’t want to eat this anymore» face and immediately feeling my lips be covered in grease. Yuck! The chocolate donuts we had were hard and seemed a day old. Also, we ordered a dozen donut holes and got 10. Garbage.

I went at about 6:15 on a Sunday, and I wasn’t really impressed. Fresh, yes. Somewhat warm, even. Price was good(6 glazed and 3 chocolate donuts for $ 6.01). But the taste and texture were weird. Almost a crispy taste from the DONUT, not the icing, but yet slightly under cooked. I won’t be going back. or even finish what I bought. But I’m new to the area, and am happy that the Tom Thumb is right by there — in case you need to know where it is.

Went back at the request of my son and found the lady at the counter to be very sweet. Points for customer service.

My favorite here is the apple fritter. It is large and has a generous amount of apple pieces and cinnamon. I’m not a fan of the coffee though. It’s not bad, it’s just not very good either. I like the glaze on the glazed donuts. It isn’t the type of glaze that gets hard and starts to crack off, crumble everywhere and make a big mess. It’s the kind that sort of absorbs into the donuts and makes them just ever so lightly soft on the outer edge. The sausage rolls can be hit or miss depending how long they have been sitting in the warmer. Too long in there dries the roll out, and it’s just not a good experience.

Love the fresh Donuts, my favorite is the cake with chocolate icing. They also do a King Size donut for your birthday. The best time to get your donut is at around 8:00am for fresh out of the oven donuts.

The donut and frosting are made fresh here every morning which results in a donut that melts in your mouth. They will fill special orders if you call ahead a couple of days before you need them. My daughter requested donuts from here for her birthday and the staff met our needs. My daughter also loves the staff here, everyone is helpful and friendly.

Get here around 8:30 am on Saturday or Sunday and they will have just taken out a hot batch of glazed donuts. The fresh ones are par with Krispy Kreme. The donut is soft and melts in your mouth, and the sugar is crisp.
