Wow what a wonderful experience… the crew came in changed my home into my own sparkling palace… I feel like a princess. The time and care these girls took was truly appreciated. So happy with the job I definitely recommend them.

I just had Pair A Jacks Cleaning Spclst at my home Friday, February 27, 2015 for a move out cleaning. I paid their price of $ 375.00 for move out cleaning. I would rate them a C-​. I wouldn’t recommend them and I wouldn’t use them again. Part of what I needed done included the (basics) appliances Microwave, refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. The dishwasher was never touched (maybe the outsided), the fridge was only done on the outside, I texted to ask if it was done, as I knew it wasn’t, and she said only the outside. It was part of our original agreement and I emptied it for cleaning. I was told a team of 4 were coming, only two showed up, which made it longer than I was promised which caused a ripple effect on my appointments for the day. Also, after they completed rooms I went to check door jams, shelving and tops of doors were still clumped with dust, never touched. (they went back t fix after I uncovered it) I was told my french doors would be done (inside of house), never touched. We did them after they left and now they sparkle. I paid good money, and they left key areas I was told would be done, untouched. Buyer beware!
