The drive through is always polite, they always say it’s «my Pleasure», and are always super efficient. Yesterday. when I went through, on my way to Sarasota, I ordered an 8pc nugget meal with an extra fry and med coke for mom. What I ended up getting was 2 meals at no additional cost.
It was a nice treat. I was kind of floored by this, honestly, because I didn’t pay for it and I didn’t discover the mistake until I was down the road a ways, so Thank you for treating my mom to the nuggets.
Only issue with this is, the drive through feeds into itself, when the line backs up and those who’ve paid can’t get out. So a faulty design.

Yes after living in Georgia I’m a loyal Chik fil a fan. And in Tampa I get frustrated with the management that think having 2 drive thru lines merging into one, with several workers outside taking orders and payment is efficient-​not!
Trinity Chik fil a has always done a great job at the drive thru and inside. Whenever I’m in the area and having a chicken and lemonade craving this is the place. The staff are efficient, friendly and know what they are doing. Never a problem here. Keep up the good work!

This place is always packed! They try very hard to keep up the pace. Really you should go just to see the operation they’ve got going. They’ve got a number of employees outside. One employee just directing traffic, a few taking orders on tablets, and one collecting the money under an umbrella. The only thing you do at the window is get your food. I guess when the line raps around the building and then some you’ve got to station workers outside. I feel bad for them having to work outside in Florida. They really need to expand somehow to keep up with the high demand. The foods great in case you were wondering.

I’m having coffee and I see folks zooming in and out of the
Chick-​fil-​A. What could they possible serve at 8:30am?
Sure enough, I walk in and see chicken breakfast biscuits, chicken breakfast burritos and eggs on a biscuit. A combo comes with hash brown tots and a drink.
This drink can also be a cookies and cream shake this early in the morning.
Don’t judge me. Haha!
Chick-​fil-​A is coming to Long Island, they can’t come fast enough!

This location is always been good and correct with my order. My only issue is the amount of people that go its always full, I would say to the franchise open another in the area to help with congestion.

Chik-​fil-​a, what can I say?

My food from here has always been perfect. I’ve had breakfast and lunch, and nothing has ever been overcooked or otherwise not up to par. Their sweet tea is excellent, I just wish they would bring back the brownies!

I see on the news how all of these fast food places want $ 15 per hour to work. Chick-​Fil-​A is the only place I would say deserves $ 15 per hour. This specific location is the best anywhere (Don’t tell the ladies at Atlanta Hart Field Airport I said this). EVERY TIME I go here I am greeted by at least two employees, I am always thanked for stopping by, my order is always hot and fresh, the place is clean or being cleaned, the parking lost never has trash in it, and my order is always correct. Prices are on target for what you get, and the location is good. The only complaint is how busy they get, but it’s worth the wait. All my friends go here, my family goes here, I go here at least four times a week. LOVE IT!!!

I have lunch with my Granddaughter at her school, Trinity Elementary once a week. I’ve been stopping at this store to get Chicken Noodle Soup (her fave) for both of us and Chicken Nuggets to split between us. The soup is much better for us than any other fast food place. I usually come in at lunch, probably the busiest time of the day. I’m always amazed at the excellent and timely service provided by the staff. The have it down big time. I must say that you for always making my visits pleasent!

Love the chick. I have never been to a fast food restaurant that every time the quality is perfect! I have never had or heard any complaints about this chain. Hence the line around the building everyday!!! It’s my pleasure to have a meal here!!! Do you get it?

We are always impressed with dinner and lunch. Great food and great service…
Then there is breakfast… although the staff (Phyllis and Darlene) are very sweet and accommodating, the food has been hit or miss. Often the sausage is burnt and the biscuit is under-​cooked.
This location would be an easy four star aside from breakfast quality.

Always fast, friendly service here! Food at this Chick-​Fil-​A has always been fresh, hot & delicious! Don’t know about the negative reviews on here because every time I’ve been here, it’s been great!

I seriously love Chic fil a but today we stopped there for breakfast on the way to work, my bf ordered a chicken burrito, I don’t know where the chicken was… it was mostly egg and it wasn’t even warm, the cheese wasn’t melted it was just chunks of cheese. He felt sick about 10 minutes after eating as well. I had the fruit and yogurt parfait and almost lost three teeth… The dried fruit was so hard I couldn’t chew them at all and had to spit them out. Highly disappointed, I guess they should just stick to lunch/​dinner …

As far as the food goes, it is the usual Chick– Fil-​A yumminess. I often get the chicken breakfast burrito in my way to work and it’s scrumptious! However, I have to give this location only 3 stars because it is the SLOWEST drive thru ever!!! It can be infuriating, especially when they aren’t busy but it takes 12 minutes to complete an order! I don’t understand, but I will continue to go there because it’s delicious and conveniently located

I love love love Chick-​Fil-​A in general, but I love this one most because of an incident we had here recently. My bf and I went here for lunch, but somehow the fryers were being cleaned in the middle of the day and the oil wasn’t hot enough to fry our food yet, so we were told to wait about 10 min. The Franchise Restaurant Operator came by and gave us 2 large orders of their oh so delicious waffle fries and a large order of the nuggets. She then came over later and apologized again for the wait and gave us more nuggets and asked if we wanted something else. Our Spicy Chicken Sandwiches came out a few minutes later, she brought those over to us, then offered us 2 coupons to redeem later for 2 Chicken Sandwich meals. That’s what you call customer service!
We’ve been back to this location a few more times since and each time we never had to wait long to order nor to get our food. The place is super crowded during lunch, yet all the tables and the restaurant in general were always clean.

Best chicken biscuit, chicken sandwich ever. Especially the spicy chicken.

Great fresh salads with a lot of vegetables. Not your typical lettuce and tomato salad.
Chicken sandwiches are consistently good. And it is owned by Christians. Closed Sunday!

Today was my day to check out the arrival of the new spicy chicken biscuit. I wish that I had not done it at this location! The counter service was deplorable!
I arrived right at 10:30. I figured it would be easy to get in and out quickly. The portly middle-​aged woman behind the register had very different ideas. Even with two other staffers occasionally passing out food, it took nearly 10 minutes to get from four deep in line to getting my order taken.
The biscuit wasn’t even that good. It was like someone had cut up a piece of the chicken they use on their sandwiches and tossed it into a biscuit. Had I paid for this food, I would have had to toss it right at old pokey, and walked out!
