Luis is simply the best. My hair looks feminine and soft every time I have it done. The salon is clean and I’ve heard nothing but great things from others who go there. If you have an issue, call and talk to them. The owner wants you to be happy.

This place is in a dumpy strip mall near Chic Fil A. My cousin and I went in for a consultation and we had the misfortune of dealing with Rachel C. a stylist at this salon who speaks like a truck driver and tries to shove her political ideals down your throat. The first thing we noticed were the hairy dark brown wood floors. Since most the hair on the floor was dark, I guess they just assumed the nasty discarded hair was fine to leave on the floor, it just blends right in! Rachel was downright nasty. She was extremely opinionated and brought up topics that had zero relevance to asking about an up-​do. She wore a plastic choker around her neck like it was 1998. Considering we were just trying to see if my cousin’s very fine hair would last in an up-​do for six hours it was an extremely off-​putting experience. My advice: go around the corner (in either direction) to Target or Walmart and ask one the cashiers to style your hair on their break. They will most certainly do a better job!

Wanting to get my hair dyed before vacation I called Aqua Terra Salon about a week before my appointment and booked! Not knowing what I wanted to do before hand I finally decided on the Florida Bleach Blonde look. I have tried to get this from other salons in the area and no one had came close. I was fed up of aluminum foils and highlights and wanted something different.
My stylist was Barb and she paitently listened and went for it. She consultated with a few coloring experts in the salon and afterwards went to work. As a result my hair did end up having to be colored twice to get the brassiness out of it but it looked great by the time she blow dryed it!
If you want stylist who actually LISTEN to you instead of doing what they think you want then go here! The place was clean, the receptionist was so nice and always asking me if I wanted a bottle water, or a glass of wine… um… yes please… I will definitely be a return customer.

Way overpriced! Bob asked me if I wanted my hair blow dried after getting it colored. Of course I said yes. Then I go to pay and see he charged me $ 20 extra for the blow drying. What?!? I guess you’re supposed to walk out like a wet dog? Blow drying should be included in every service where you end with them washing your hair. Are they going to start charging to wash your hair?!?
