Valvoline Instant Oil Change

It’s getting increasingly hard to find a good, quality facility to get an oil change at, that won’t nickel and dime you or charge you unnecessary fees or try to up sell you — so I’m seriously thrilled to have found this Valvoline!
Bryan was our service operator when we went on a cold Tuesday morning and he (and honestly all the guys there) was so polite and knowledgeable about everything — wiper blades, lights and of course everything under the hood of the car too! They asked us if we wanted certain things checked like the air filters and the wiper blades but were so polite if we declined. We asked him to take a look at the belt which was squealing and he took his time to really explain everything he was looking at and any why he was making any recommendations he was making. They even checked all the lights on the car for functionality for free — a small service but something that shows they go the extra mile for customer service — really a rare find nowadays!
I’ve never been to a «drive through» oil change place before so it was definitely a first in terms of experiences. Our total experience took about 25 mins and there was one car ahead of us when we arrived but everything moved really efficiently so it didn’t feel like a long or laborious process in the least!
Even though we live in Jersey, I’ll be making special trips out to this Valvoline to get my oil changed from now on!

The service was quick. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I usually go to the dealer but I stopped by because of a Groupon. I would definitely go back. The manager diagnosed a problem I was having and offered a plan for how to address it.

Mike was very nice and professional and they did a great job. They were speedy and friendly and didn’t try to up sell me on anything. It’s my first time here and I will definitely be going back!

These guys (I didn’t see any women, I don’t mean any disrespect if they were there), obviously care a great deal about doing a good job. And they don’t make me feel stupid for being terrified to drive over the big hole in the floor.
