Needed to have a document notarized quickly during my lunch break today. Got in and out in less than a minute. Best of all it was only $ 5.

If you’re going to call yourself «Express» anything, then maybe you should pick up the pace a little bit. To put it bluntly, the employees at this place are slow. We stopped by to get a couple copies, a notary signature and mailing. What should have been a quick in and out visit turned into a long winded experience in wasted time.
There were three employees working in the store, two women and one male. Apparently the women have no clue how any of the equipment work, and neither of them have the ability to notarize anything. Instead we were continually told to wait for the gentleman who was running back and forth pretty much doing everything (running machines, notarizing, etc.). The one woman couldn’t even make copies. She had to once again pull the guy aside and ask for help.
We were probably in this store for upwards of twenty to thirty minutes just trying to do these very simple things, and the bottom line is that it all comes down to a company that has staff who don’t know what they’re doing or how to work the equipment. It’s very inconvenient to the customer, and doesn’t leave an impression worth coming back to experience this kind of service again.
