For Chinese take out, this place was really good! As always, I’m always looking for the healthy options. I had steamed chicken and broccoli With carrots. The chicken was tender and had a lot of taste. The vegetables were cooked to perfection, soft but with just enough crunch. Great for a quick, healthier option for take out!

I used to go here several years ago, but lost the place on our list of regular spots. My wife and I had Luncheon menu over Memorial Day weekend and it was terrific. We each had a tasty cup of wonton soup. I had Mango Chicken that was sliced chicken with freshly sliced mango; along with a few snow peas and red pepper slices. It was sweet and very tasty. My wife had Chicken Pad Thai. It was a large portion for a luncheon special and my wife loved it. We both had generic fried rice, which was crispy, white and also very good. This place is back in the rotation and I am looking forward to coming back for dinner soon.

This is our go-to Friday night delivery place. We’ve had a wide variety of food on the menu. The things we get again and again are: Spicy Basil Fried Rice — it’s not spicy but the basil is such a great aromatic Red Curry Chicken — lots of fresh veggies Orange Beef Potstickers — my husband’s favorite Miso Soup Wonton Soup — they put a lot of wontons in for such a low price I struggled with 3 stars or 4 stars, the reason? It is a good local Asian restaurant that delivers. IF we were leaving the house, we would not go there. Don’t get me wrong– The food is always good. The delivery person we normally have is great. For that reason I give them a 4.

Have lived in the area for almost 5 years and have loved that they are one of the FEW restaurants that deliver! Love the food always so delicious! Just found them on an app called BEYONDMENU — works just like grub hub! Their menu is outstanding and have recently added Indian food!!! Delivery is always available and I’ve ordered latest by 11pm! Love this place can’t recommend it enough

This is my favorite Asian restaurant in the area. They have a great variety of dishes that are higher quality than your common Asian restaurant.

We have been ordering from here for years. There has never been an issue with freshness and overall quality of the food. The service has also always been excellent. Some of our favorite dishes are Thai red curry and Singapore Mie Fun.

Don’t let the unassuming exterior fool you. This is a great place for dine in or carryout. Service is always prompt and more importantly ACCURATE! The food is great and comes out at the perfect pace. Prices are very reasonable. I recommend the Lumpia and the General Tso’s Tofu. Top Notch!

This is my favorite Asian restaurant in Lower Macungie /Trexlertown area. They have Chinese, Japenese, and Thai items on the menu. Food is very good and not like every other strip mall take-out place. Try the Thai curry chicken and Hunan beef. Rating based on comparison to other local Asian restaurants. There are not many nice non-buffet eat-in Asian/Chinese restaurants anymore.

Ordered online for delivery at 7:30pm. Didn’t arrive and called to ask for status around 8:10, since Asian Bistros is less than 5 miles from my home. Rude guy on phone says order wasn’t started yet… kept saying«what do you want?» as if I was inconveniencing him. Will just order by phone and pickup from China Moon in Macungie from now on. Food really isn’t that good.

I get delivery from here. The food is always great and they have a complete menu with some items I haven’t heard of until I saw it on their menu. I always go back for more.

I was here for dinner the other night, and my family was the only family in the restaurant. We received pretty prompt service, but I honestly think that this is a place that is much better for lunch — which is, sadly, not the meal we ate before I wrote this review. Scallop and beef: the beef was okay, but the scallops were awful. I liked the celery. I don’t like carrots, so that was a no go. Chicken pad thai: really dry, but my mom comes here fairly frequently and says that it’s usually better. Beef yaki-udon: good flavors, pretty good udon — not the best I’ve ever had, but not bad. Great mushrooms(I love mushrooms).

Best Asian takeout I’ve had in the Valley for a long time — especially the general Tso’s chicken. I only ordered because they dropped off a menu at my apartment, and they did delivery(unfortunately their website doesn’t work quite right and doesn’t let me submit delivery orders online because it incorrectly thinks my address is out of delivery range — easily solved by calling the order in), and it was a good choice. When I drove by the place and saw the building I was shocked to see that the good food came from that place — and it seems like the parking lot is always empty. Don’t let the looks deceive you.

I’m super picky about my Chinese food. I HATE places where the meat is all gnarled and twisted and gristly. In fact, as a general rule, I don’t even like Chinese food for those reasons. This place changed my mind. Everything is top quality, fresh and delicious. Try the kung pao. It is to die for. They are very nice there too.

I went back again 3/5/14…food was much better! I almost wanted to ask if they hired a new chef! I finished my entire meal in one sitting and plan to go again before the week is over! Yum!

Not worth it, I got taken advantage of. Ordered during“lunch” time and was charged dinner prices. Complete disappointment. Food was very bland, not much meat even if I was charged the lunch prices. No plans of ever returning.

A great lunch spot. The specials are a bargain for the amount of food you get. Small inside, busy at lunch, but I’ve never had to wait for a table. Food comes out fairly quickly, and the one woman who is both the waitress and cashier really stays on top of everything. And yes, it is in a converted gas station, and has a crappy sign. Don’t let it bother you though, the food more than makes up for it.

I’ve eaten here several times. Although I wouldn’t rave about it or drive from Limeport where I live to Trexlertown just for take out, the food is decent and I continue to stop there if I’m hungry and in the area. What that means is, I’ve never received a bad meal. I’d call the food better than average, prices are reasonable and service is efficient.

I am always skeptical of a multi-cuisine restaurant. With Chinese, Japanese, and Thai dishes on the menu… I was worried they were trying really hard to do many things, rather than doing a few things well. With my husband working the night shift, I decided to order some take out. Yeah, I’m really living it up on a Saturday night. Would have ordered delivery to be ultra-lazy…but it’s a $ 15 minimum and I couldn’t justify ordering that much. When I arrived, the appearance of the place made me a little concerned. But, I’m determined to find good Chinese near my house so I don’t have to drive across town to Asia every time I want some good Chinese food. :) Had the sesame chicken and crab rangoons. I am so excited to find some crab rangoon that are made with the won-ton style wrappers. They were perfectly crispy and not greasy. May be some of the best crab rangoon I’ve had since moving to the Lehigh Valley. The sesame chicken was really good as well — not over battered and nice and juicy. The sauce wasn’t too sugary and had just the right amount of spice. I will absolutely be back. Next time I will have to try the Pad Thai. Usually a I am a sucker for a good Pad Thai, but tonight I had a craving for sesame chicken.

For the area, this place is great. The food is fresh and tasty. I prefer take out to eating in, but either way the experience is good. They also deliver in the area. I’ve been a fan of their Chicken Pad Thai, Satay Chicken, Mango Chicken and Ginger Chicken. The prices are great and it’s BYO, so Asian Bistros is a great deal. If you’re up for spending a little more money, try Liu House on Tilghman in Allentown.

When my friend suggested we try this place I said — «You mean the one with the crappy sign?» And it’s true– you won’t be drawn to this place for it’s graphics or interiors… this rennovated gas station-turned-restaurant has a harsh exterior and a dull, clashing interior. Once I read the menu, however, things began to look up. They have an excellent selection of Chinese, Japanese and Thai dishes, and everything’s incredibly affordable. I tried the Singapore noodles for 8.95, and was very pleased. Spicy and fragrant, loaded with chicken, shrimp and beef(all nice pieces, not fatty or questionable), this dish was satisfying enough for two meals. They also have a great lunch menu and some creative appetizers I’d like to check out the next time I go. Probably not the best place to go on a romantic date, but that’s what take-out’s for. ;)
