This is my most convenient location, but not necessarily my favorite. Most baristas are friendly and make an attempt to connect with you. The biggest problem is the tiny parking lot(and the fact that employees park there).

Not many parking spots. I always end up doing couple laps before I park. Coffee is good !!

This has to be one of the dirtiest Starbucks i’ve visited. The pastry display was just sad, with crumbs and junk on the inside. The tables weren’t cleaned off, and the staff wasn’t exactly excited about working. The only reason for a two star is because its hard to find a starbucks with seating around here, they had quite a bit for the area. I won’t come here again, my drink wasn’t even just okay. They get stars also just because i’m a starbucks fan.

Lots of hustle at this location. Parking can be tight, and busy times of a notably concerted tone, but I do not go to Starbucks for the greetings. Highest traffic times people are in and out, so you may wait for someone backing out, but be extra careful and you are good. If you are sitting, you may find yourself cleaning the table beforehand. At least I often did, not bothersome considering it is the only area location and girls behind the counter are always handling business, stock, cleanups back there.

We’re moving into the area and glad there’s a Starbucks nearby. However, this place is DIRTY. It doesn’t seem like they clean the facility at all. I’m a Starbucks regular and been to other locations but this place is the dirtiest so far. Ppl make messes and the staff should be on top of making sure they keep up with the nice and clean appearance. It’s the kind of place where ppl wanna sit, relax, & lounge while enjoying their favorite beverage. The staff are nice though and I enjoy the music. Please just clean up after your customers so that the next customer coming in the door can enjoy his/her visit :)

Walked in to get a few beverages and noticed how dirty the floor was. Also noted when standing in line that the same staff that handled money was making the drinks. I got a bit of a creeped out feeling and left.

Pros: drinks always made right, clean, staff is friendly for the most part Cons: definitely the parking! what a pain in the you know what. the parking is HORRIBLE! there has been numerous times where i went and there was 0 parking whatsoever, so i left. very disappointing service is good, only complained once about how the employees were talking about customers who order off the secret menu — needless to say, it was a one time thing, i reported it to cooperate and that’s that. the drinks are great. better than most places even though they are all the same. maybe this location makes their drinks with love, lol

Service is horrible this one and the one at Mercer mall very slow. Took almost 20 minutes to get one Americana and it wasn’t even crowded

From parking through pick up at the cloverleaf, this Star$$$ leaves a lot to be desired. Admittedly, I am a Contrary — I don’t really like this chain of overpriced, upselling, bait and switch, java mongers. But, there are times when any one of them will do. Even this one, which somehow got municipal approval to open with inadequate parking for the number of customers who visit. Someone fudged the parking calculations when they went for their variances. Shame on Hamilton Township. This place is closest to my new office, so I finally stopped in this week to check it out. It suffers by comparison to my hometown corner store. It lacks comfort, charm, consistently friendly baristas, and apparently a competent cleaning service. I am a straight up Joe kind of guy. I don’t want Capas, nor Lattes, nor Machi-whatevers. I take mine black, or with some milk at night. That simply is not possible at this or any other BuckBuck. All of their brews are harshly roasted and meet the tongue tasting burnt and unloved. I suspect this is intentional to force the consumer toward a higher priced concoction. Since I don’t want those, there is little for a real coffee drinker to choose. To be fair, their morning oatmeal is very good, as are the cakes, muffins, scones and other sweets in the display cases. I am partial to the Lemon Pound Cake. Delectable. Too, their Wi Fi is excellent, and their open bathroom policy very humane. But, other than that, almost any other coffee dispensary is superior to these guys.

The last time this place was cleaned was never. The place where you put cream and sugar in your coffee could be more efficient… after waiting in line for your coffee you have to wait in line again for cream and sugar and then wait again while they refill the one tiny container of cream.

I love starbucks, however this is my least favorite one. The staff just doesnt seem as happy and welcoming as all of the other Starbucks i have ever been to. I dont know if they are overworked, but it seems like they are miserable. The parking lot situation is very poor!!! I have pulled in and left many times due to no parking. Also, the spots are so tight, i have received damage on 2 of my cars in the past year from door hits and one lady even backed right into me. If it wasnt for the location convenience, i would drive to another one some days.

Typical Starbucks… However their bathroom was nasty. I literally was in a porta-potty earlier today that was cleaner than the starbucks bathroom.

In the Trenton area, this is second on my list of favorite Starbucks locations. As those on my Unilocal friends list know, given the frequency of checkins, I’m a Starbucks fanboi. This Starbucks location is spacious, has plenty of seating, is clean, with service that is friendly and accurate. The only downside, is that the parking lot is too small for the number of customers, and it’s extremely hard to negotiate. If you’re in the Hamilton Township/Mercerville area, you might want to add it to one of your stops.

They need more parking! I hate fighting people for a spot. Not sure if they could swing this but it would be a much more pleasant place to if they could add even just 5 more spots. In regards to service, it’s actually pretty good. Once in awhile I’ll come across a barista miserably complaining about her job or another one goofing off and not really taking her job seriously, but most of them are great and have never made a mistake on my order, which is a huge plus. There is room for improvement but I keep going back as it’s close to my house :).

The guy at the register gave me an attitude and they made my drink wrong — asked for an extra pump of frap roast in my frap and got basically a cup full of FR and weird foamy ice on top. I’ve ordered this many times at countless other Starbucks and never had this issue. Disappointed.

Much if the staff has changed. New staff has a lot to learn while some of the new staff don’t appear interested. My order has been incorrect on many days. It has also been very slow for the pre work traffic. The place also requires a lot pick-up on many mornings.

i won’t lie, i find it hard to give Starbucks a bad review. except the one in Edinburgh where the barista was actually rude to me… but this Starbucks does what all the others do, serve coffee consistently with a friendly smile. i still find a huge amount of comfort in the idea of chain restaurants and coffee places. it’s pretty much the same no matter where you go even in a different country. so i live in Scotland now, but i can still walk into this place in New Jersey with my sister and order the exact same thing i would do at home. awesome! i actually find that places in the States have more food options and some different drinks which is fun and i wish that they also had these options in the UK. why dont’ we get tasty breakfast wraps??? so perhaps my review is a bit biased, but i find Starbucks pretty consistent from food, to beverage, to service. the company ethos clearly carries across continents.

This Starbucks is consistent in one way… disappointing! The barristas are disinterested, and uncaring. The manager is surly. I guess a fish stinks from its head. If management doesn’t care about quality and customer service, why should we expect the workers to be any better?
