Pretty quick service. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. I ordered oxtail, Mac n cheese, cabbage, and rice and peas. The oxtail and the Mac n cheese was pretty good. The other two sides were just ok. The lady that took my order was pretty pleasant and courteous.

In my humble opinion the best Jamaican Take Out place in Mercer County. Very Authentic food with some great home made sauces. Not a place where you want to be after dark if you’re scare easily but we’ll worth the trip.

Always get the jerk chicken with 2 sides (they always vary for me)
jerk is more of a BBQ type. Chicken is perfectly cooked. Taste amazing.
Rice and beans are moist and well prepared.
Beef patty with coco bread and cheese. Keeps the bread soft and i feel like this is my favorite one i have tried to date.
** He has a set up of sauces lined up on the counter. Im guessing here (Ginger, Hot, garlic hot and a mild) They were all good but def high fructose used in all. Still good enough to put on your meal.
My buddy had the jerk salmon and said it was just as good. Didn’t try though.bummer.
Don’t be scared of the surrounding. go in and give it a try. You’ll go back.

This place was awesome !!! I had ox tails, rice and peas and cabbage. I love Jamaican food so I have had my fair share of restaurant serving this fare… people’s choice is defiantly in my top three. small place with BIG flavor

This place is take-​out only. The food is very good. The portions are huge. I always get curry goat w/​gravy (excellent), rice and peas and cabbage. However, they have several other typical Jamaican dishes. Their menu never changes. Overall, this take-​out place is great. Service is fast. The establishment is also somewhat of a bodega, so they have phone cards, tropical ice creams and beverages for sale in the front.

Good food. The service isn’t spectacular, but that’s to be expected. I go pretty often and they never have macaroni and cheese, although it’s always listed on the menu. They have lots of Jamaican products, from Grace Ketchup to peanut juice (never had it, doubt I ever will). While you wait for your food, be prepared to hear lots of patois (I enjoy trying to figure out what the people are saying).
