My father had a worker come look at our garage door to get a lock put on it. Since it’s an older house, he needed to order a part. The man took $ 50 and left. One month later, we still hadn’t heard back. My father called only to get a runaround saying the situation would be figured out. ANOTHER MONTH PASSED, no contact from them. We called again, only to get the same story, that it would be figured out and the part would be put on. ANOTHER MONTH GOES BY, still nothing from the company. My father called, only to be talked down to by someone claiming to be the owner. He said he has nothing to be sorry about, and he’s not responsible for his workers mistakes. He refused to give my dad his $ 50 back, claiming it was a service call. On the website it says free estimates, so I’d love to know how the $ 50 the worker took makes any sense. The owner also said «If you waited three months, the job must not be that important to get done.» This moron doesn’t know how to run a business, and he’s a lying thief. DO NOT TRUST!!!

Worst business I have ever dealt with. I did not use this company in an emergency; I used them to change the locks of my house.
I had to call several times to figure out why they didn’t come on the dates they agreed to come. Finally they sent a guy who didn’t speak English, who didn’t do what I asked, who made two keys the same even though it is unreasonable, and for all of this the guy refused to refund his «work» that was neither requested nor finished correctly.
Further, dealing with their people on the phone is a wreck. They are jerks, plain and simple.

As I look back on my Whoo-​Sah moment-​It is clear to me-​Thank goodness for this locksmith.
On a typical Friday, came home from gym, showered noticed something in my condo was off, on my basin, you know when something has been moved or touched?? Well something else was missing from there. I know not losing my mind, it was missing. No one else in there, so I freaked out. Looking for valuables missing, windows broken into. Nothing. Came to conclusion, someone has copy of my key getting in. Speculation aside, Bottom line, needed my Locks changed. I called some friends„ went to Loues Home improvement, got combo with dead bolt on Saturday. I started, but came back from the gym with a friend in toe to help me finish it. Well it worked, she tested it out while she was inside, I walked out, opened & locked, then she left. All is well. **
Then afterwards, I decided to test it out again. Key with me. Went outside, the bottom worked, but top gave me some funny feel then it just kept turning all the way around –wouldn’t catch!!! OMG! Locked out… Called my neighbor, called couple locksmiths, no one had anyone available, then one wasn’t til 2pm…
I called more, then this company was able to send some one out-​named Keith. He got there in 45 min. Older gentleman, he said he would rather pick back lock, get in then break new one in front. 10 min later, he got me in. Needless to say, i have a key for the back in case of***, he fixed the front door-​** the pin inside the cylinder was chipped off, that is why kept spinning around, he replaced it with separate one-​heavy duty.
After-​wards, I was cleaning, decided to sweep my outside of door. left door cracked & the wind .All of sudden the door closed. OMG!!!
I thinking to myself, better not be locked-…It was!!! WTH???
Think someone was trying to tell me –don’t leave your house today!!!
I was beyond myself, knock on my other neighbors house, found # called, he was back in 20 min with actual key for my back door $ 84.00 later –but Thank goodness I also got 10% discount-​probably felt bad for my Bad Luck ass!!! So all in all, $ 256.00 in total my locks are now Good!!! think i wanna cry… but they are reliable & helpful. EVER stuck locked out, call them, have different offices that close to you dispatch some one –asap! Won’t scam you. Rather not remember Saturday=It sucked Balls for me!!!
