I used to be a regular at their Ypsilanti location, but when we ordered our meal at the start of December 2015 at this location they charged us twice. This wouldn’t have been a big deal as I work in a similar type of establishment and I know that things happen. It should have been a simple enough refund. We would have been happy with store credit or anything really to make up for their mistake.
Their answer? They «have no connection to their online ordering system.» Which to me seems like a terrible cop-​out and to give your customers the runaround instead of a free pie (or something) because of your screw up. It’s now two whole months later and we finally received our refund. I recommend going the extra mile to a different location because this one won’t back up their product.

As a first timer to Trenton we were told Happys pizza was worth a try and we were not disappointed. We ordered three large pizzas, veggie was the best, minus the banana peppers. The pepperoni was great, crust cooked just right and we were pleasantly surprised by the taste of the cheesy bread. We would go there again!

This place sucks now. They sacrifice their golden tiger shrimp for this big ugly crunchy aldis version tasting crap that’ll cut your tongue and gums if not careful. Sacrificing quality for crap. No more business from me saddies pizza. Trying to save a buck isn’t the right thing to do sometimes. Ya lost one.

Poor service from employee saying customer (myself) had an «attitude problem» after I had to repeat my order multiple times. I feel my concern has been brushed off by both the local management and Happy’s Corporate, I have heard nothing back from them.
Was previously a satisfied customer, now, definitely not. Other places (even when they get my order wrong) don’t call customers «attitude problems.»
I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

This place had great pizza! I hadn’t been back to Trenton for a while and Happy’s was new to me. I gave it a try and the pizza was delicious. Homemade crust and we ordered jalapeños which were fresh rather than pickled which I prefer. I would definitely order again!

Our 1st time @ this restaurant… Due to our FAV «Pizza Place» on Sibley rd. in Riverview. (that’s the name
«Pizza Place «they were without power).
The Happy Wings» were done just right… With the garlic bar b Q sauce & blue cheese! The Special Happy double cheese, pepperoni, sausage@ onions Large Pizza with Extra cooking time was rated very good by all 5 of us ! We didn’t WANT to like it… But we really did. Chelsea gave us very good service, too! I asked another customer if he liked their pizza… & he said «yes, pizza IS pizza» lol NOT… we only treat ourselves to my fav diet no no about once a month… & we Insist on the BEST!
Bravo, to our Trenton HAPPY’S Pizza!
